The MPD-EB5-TB-DE2SW-GZ-4.L25-2.N10-N1 from Larson Electronics is a Power Distribution Panel that is designed for reliable, safe and convenient power distribution at industrial work sites. This 60-amp unit provides three-phase 480 V Delta via a main circuit breaker panel. The power distribution panel provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 480 V Delta power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. The MPD-EB5-TB-DE2SW-GZ-4.L25-2.N10-N1 has a left side hinged panel as well as external disconnect switches and external receptacles. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* The MPD-EB5-TB-DE2SW-GZ-4.L25-2.N10-N1 power distribution panel provides a safe and reliable way for operators in industrial settings to tap into and utilize power sources independently of the work area. The MPD series of power distribution panels require operators to provide their own line-in cables for use. Knockouts located at the bottom of the unit are provided for convenient installation of operator-provided input and output cables. The panel is designed to operate with three-phase 480 V Delta voltage. Power distribution for this panel runs 480 V Delta through a 60-amp main circuit breaker panel. The NEMA 1 60-amp 480 V Delta main breaker panel is protected by a 60-amp NRTL certified to UL 489 rated MCCB breaker and contains one 10-amp 2-pole 480 V MCB and four 15-amp 3-pole 480 V MCB circuit breakers. Enclosure Design: This power distribution system is housed in a space-saving enclosure and carries a NEMA 1 rating for protection against incidental personnel contact and falling dirt in indoor locations. A left side hinged door offers access to internal system components. The power distribution system is constructed of steel with a polyester powder coated blue finish for durability against dirt, moisture and mild corrosion. This special coating creates a high-strength barrier for protection from accidental bumps and scratches. The TGIC polyester powder coat finish offers reliable resistance against chemicals, UV light (sun light) and degrading elements in outdoor locations. Our powder coating solution ensures robust color retention for many years without fading. Custom colors, such as blue (standard), black, desert tan or forest green, and galvanized finishes are available upon request. Non-standard powder coat colors or galvanized finishes may increase price and lead times. We also offer similar power distribution panels on dolly carts with wheels, powder coated cube frames with lifting eyelets/skid pockets or stand-alone with handles for faster turnarounds and completion of temporary tasks. Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code). All equipment is NEMA 1 rated for indoor use and provide a degree of protection againstincidental contact and falling dirt. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request. Grounding: Transformer is grounded to the frame and we provide a grounding lug on the frame for the earth ground. ~Please check all motor loads for dual rated motors that will work 208 or 240.~ Applications: This power distribution system is NEMA 1 rated and ideal for indoor use and applications including but not limited to; construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. |
