Made in the USA The IND-CDU-AH2-4X24LED-UV365-RPS-M1-120V Mobile Rechargeable UV LED Paint Curing Cart from Larson Electronics facilitates and supports paint curing in industrial sites. Equipped with four 120-watt UV LED lights on adjustable arms, this paint curing cart produces UV light in the 365nm range. The powder coated blue unit is powered by a 140aH lithium-ion battery pack. All UV LED lights are IP67 rated for protection from water, dust and debris. Designed for vehicles, the UV lamps on adjustable arms are secured to a foldable archway frame. This frame is capable of clearing hoods and truck beds for direct, even light distribution over windshields. The IND-CDU-AH2-4X24LED-UV365-RPS-M1-120V is an ultraviolet LED light cart for paint curing applications. This battery-powered unit consists of four 120-watt UV LED lights secured on adjustable arms. During use, each LED light produces a 365nm UV beam with a 300 mW/cm² intensity. Each LED lamp has twenty-four, 5-watt ultraviolet emitters arranged in rows and paired with high purity 35-degree optics to produce a wide beam spread for targeting large areas nearer the fixture. We also offer a 10-degree beam configuration to produce a tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage for more intense beam control. Operators may access on/off master switches for individual light control at the side of the cart. Durability: The LEDLB-E series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. The LED lights with the ‘E’ part number designation are designed for extreme durability and are larger and heavier than the standard LEDLB series lights and are nearly twice as heavy as their standard counterparts. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from thick extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. We recommend these LED lights for high stress - high vibratory conditions, high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. They are also well suited to environments where equipment is used in one temperature extreme and stored in another temperature extreme.

LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. With LED lights, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking and provide instant illumination when powered on, adding to the reliability of LED technology. By nature, LED light sources run significantly cooler than traditional lamps, reducing the chance of accidental burns and increased temperatures due to heat emissions. This solid state design of light emitting diodes provides a more reliable, stable, durable, and energy efficient light source over traditional lighting. Battery: The IND-CDU-AH2-4X24LED-UV365-RPS-M1-120V is powered by a 140aH lithium-ion battery pack. An included 120V AC battery charger is available for recharging the battery using common 120V outlets. Adjustable Arms: Located at the top of the archway frame, each LED light can be adjusted independently to provide maximum coverage or maximum intensity. The arms swivel left and right, rotate in up and down positions, as well as can be adjusted vertically (up and down) from 3 feet to 5 feet. The light heads are fitted with trunnion u-bracket mounts, which allow operators to adjust the heads through 270 degrees of tilt. We offer different arm types and lengths to meet specific project or job requirements (at an additional cost). We can also add more UV lights and batteries for a longer runtime, at an additional cost. Aluminum Frame Cart: The heavy-duty aluminum cart features bottom-located wheels for mobility around work sites and during windshield replacement, transportation or storage. The cart consists of an adjustable archway frame that can be broken down for compact storage in the back of trucks or cargo vans. When fully assembled, the archway frame is capable of clearing hoods and truck beds, as well as can be rolled up to the front or back of the vehicle for light placement over the windshield. Operators may adjust the height of the frame to suit specific applications. Larger and smaller carts are available at an additional cost.
