Wireless Remote Operation: Wireless remote control functions include on/off, and a joystick which control up, down, left and right movement. The light will continue movement as long as the buttons are depressed. Releasing the buttons stops movement and holds the searchlight in position. This wireless remote is effective to a distance of 100 feet and comes conveniently placed on a key chain ring to reduce the chance of losing it.
Dash Mount Remote Operation: Dash mount remote control functions include on/off, and joystick which control up, down, left and right movement function. A simple rocker switch is used to turn the beam on or off. The metal joystick is extremely durable and allows a true 8-way directional control with instant response for precise control and targeting. Dimensions of the wired dash mount remote are 122mm long by 64mm tall by 65mm deep.
Unlike most remote control lights, this light can be positioned to point straight upwards while maintaining full beam width. There are no housing or physical limitations blocking the upward facing angles. This light can also point nearly directly downward, limited only by the narrow base. This remote control HID spotlight offers a complete range of coverage, due to its unique "yoke" based design.
This image shows a dark suburban street,
illuminated by nothing but distant street lights.
The same street, illuminated by the RCL360-HID. The beam easily breaks through the distant street lights to illuminate the trees over 2900` away. The beam is shown reflecting off a guard
rail over 4500` away.
Light Output: The lamp in this RCL360-LED-2R is a 30 watt high intensity discharge bulb which produces 215,000 industrial candle power rating. This bulb is paired with a tight focus reflector and thick glass lens to produce a spot beam reaching over 600 feet in length. This lamp has a 600K color temperature, giving it very good color rendering and contrasting properties and the ability to clearly and sharply illuminate objects at long distances.
Durability: The RCL360-LED-2RÂ LED spotlight provides safe, dependable operation in the most demanding environments including fresh water and salt water humidity. The weather resistant properties are due to the UV resistant housing and individually potted and sealed electrical components. The motors, board controllers, ballasts, and other components are completely potted, sealed, and connected via weatherproof connections. All materials are comprised of Delrin, stainless steel, polycarbonate, and brass. This HID spotlight can be exposed to waves, rain, and other sources under high wind conditions.
Motor: This LED spotlight can be positioned by hand, due to its "slip" motor design. This prevents damage to the motor and gears if the light comes in contact with a non-moving object, such as a tree branch, and increases longevity of the life of this spotlight.
Mounting: Three through holes at the base of the light are used to mount the light to the surface with included screws. The 6-wire wiring harness is shipped in the box and attached via simple crimp connectors. By using crimp connectors instead of a dedicated large connector, operators can avoid drilling large holes in the vehicle to pass the harness. a 3/8" hole is sufficient for the wiring harness. This light is designed to be installed upright, upside down, or at any angle.
Power: This LED spotlight is offered in 12VDC. This light draws 2.5 amps on 12VDC, making it ideal for vehicles, boats, ATVs, and similar sources of 12 volt direct current.
This high power LED spotlight is ideal for hunting, security, boating, law enforcement, emergency services, utilities, and anywhere high power and remote control functionality are desired. This unit produces a more powerful and far reaching beam than halogen spotlights and uses less power on a 12 volt system, making it well suited to vehicles and boats where power supply is limited.

A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 25% restocking fee. PuriLite inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and restocking fee, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. PuriLite reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the order date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise.
Once you place an order, the following products are non-returnable: custom-cut, customer built or special order items (such as matting, slings, cranes, prefab offices, buildings, mezzanines, assembled lockers and regularly stocked items such as generators, pressure washers, water and trash pumps, snow throwers, radio headsets, striping paint, line stripers, floor care machines, vacuums, custom fabric chairs, forklifts) your order is considered non-cancellable and any custom-cut, customer built or special order items purchased by you are also non-returnable. Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable. There are no returns on any medical and/or sanitizing products for obvious safety reasons. This includes PPE (including masks), tests, thermometers, sprayers and UVC lighting of any kind (portable and surface).
Leased and hazardous items are also non-returnable. Contact customer service for a complete list of applicable products.
Larson product return policy Every order is tested prior to shipping. The product is tested before it is put into the shipping box, crate, pallet, etc. Larson take pictures and videos of every product for every order being shipped, and store these pictures and videos with the order number in our system. Because of the complexity of some of our products, we have a very limited return policy.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any hazardous location, explosion proof or intrinsically safe products. Once these products leave the factory, we cannot be sure what happens to them. We must re-build and re-certify the units to specification to ensure that the next customer receives an item that is safe to use. This is cost prohibitive. For that reason, we do not accept returns on classified products. We do not accept returns on transformers, phase converters, or frequency converters. In order to install one of the aforementioned products, typically customers will modify the product (i.e. penetrate the housing to make connections, punch out knockouts, remove or damage tinning on lead wires during installation). Because we video test every unit before it ships to ensure the unit operates as described, we know when they leave here the units are operationally functional and meet the output voltage when supplied with the input voltage per the product specification. To be clear, we do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances for these reasons.
Products that are not addressed in the above two conditions must be returned in new, unused condition.
Below are some additional considerations:
Electrical/electronic parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing. Because electronics are very sensitive to voltage overloads, it does not take much of a voltage spike to ruin a component. Because of this risk, all electrical products returned will undergo electrical testing and assessed a testing fee. This fee will be subtracted from the final return value.
Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable.
Products that contain emergency backup components are subject to very narrow warranty terms and do not qualify for return. For customer convenience, we engage the battery pack prior to shipping all emergency backup products. Many times, particularly with hazardous location rated products, the battery packs are difficult to access and the customer generally plans to install the units shortly after receipt of the shipment. Battery backup components using older technologies (Nicad, NIMH, SLA, etc) will fail quickly if they do not maintain valid grid tie support. In other words, the batteries must receive a consistent maintained charge to perpetuate long lifespans. Battery backup products that are shelved (not installed) for periods greater than 3 weeks will likely fail and need replacement sooner. This replacement will not be covered under warranty. This can also occur is the units are installed but the grid tie option is not connected correctly. Customers can specify that they do not want the battery pack to be engaged at the time of ordering if they plan to shelve the units for long periods of time prior to installation.
There are many products on the site and not all pictures depict the exact configuration of each product. Many products are custom built and/or built on demand. In some cases, products are designed and not sold immediately and rendering may be used. In all cases, the end product is built to the specification listed and the pictures shown may be close approximations. Pictures are more likely to be close approximations with more complex products, including transformers, power distribution systems, control systems, light tower systems and other highly customizable products. In no way does the approximation validate a potential return. We always build to the specification. If customers have questions, they should ask prior to purchase to clarify.
There are no returns on any medical and/or sanitizing products for obvious safety reasons. This includes PPE (including masks), tests, thermometers, sprayers and UVC lighting of any kind (portable and surface)
Many international orders, specialty orders and other complex build orders require prepayment in advance. This prepayment represents a commitment to the order. Cancelling the order will result in a deduction from the original amount paid if any refund is available, since an investment of time and money is typically required to acquire materials and prepare the order. While not all orders in this category require prepayment, cancellation fees may apply to other build orders as well. The percentage of the deduction is at Larson’s discretion but usually ranges from 30 to 50%.
