The Larson Electronics SPLT-1.2K-LM30-3XBZ-8XWP6-1200AL-MS-DNS-TLR7-120V solar powered LED light tower provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy intense LED illumination and three NDAA compliant cameras to elevations up to thirty feet. This solar light plant features a telescoping light tower, a rotating boom that allows for 360° of rotation and a removable mast head for storing the four LED light fixtures and cameras when not in use. This unit features four 300-watt solar panels and a 1,200aH capacity lithium-ion battery bank. The entire assembly is mounted onto a 7.5` single axle trailer, allowing operators to transport this solar light tower from location to location. The SPLT-1.2K-LM30-3XBZ-8XWP6-1200AL-MS-DNS-TLR7-120V includes a 120V battery charger that allows the unit to be charged when local power is available. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* Solar Powered Light Tower: This solar light tower includes four solar panels, solar charging system, 1,200aH battery bank, eight LED lamps, three cameras (two bullet cameras positioned to the side and one PTZ camera at the center), charge controller and manual crank up mast mounted on trailer with outriggers. This 1.2kW solar generator system replenishes amp hours of usable battery capacity per day, assuming 5.5 hours of peak charging sunlight. This system delivers 24 volts for lighting mounted atop the 30` telescoping light mast. The solar-powered unit offers 1 day of automation, when operating cameras 24/7 and LED lights at 50% capacity. The outdoor security cameras comply with the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The regulation bans federal governments, their contractors and businesses with national security interests from buying and using surveillance equipment made by specific major China-based manufacturers, including Hikvision, Dahua and their OEMs. Security products sold by Honeywell, Bosch, Panasonic, ADT, Flir and many more are affected by the ban. NDAA compliance also includes a ban on ZTE, Huawei and Hytera telecommunication equipment. Light Mast: This telescoping five stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy eight LED light heads and three cameras in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 30` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 30` above the trailer floor for maximum area coverage, and collapsed to 13.5` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a base section 6.6` in length and 6" by 6" by 3/16" thick, lower section 6.78` in length and 5" by 5" by 3/16" thick, middle section 6.93` in length and 4" by 4" by 1/8" thick, upper section 7.08` in length and 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick, and top section 7.58` in length and 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has a 1`+ overlap. The mast is extended to its full height using an included 1,000lb rated hand winch with 3/16" galvanized steel cable. A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the equipped LED light fixtures and cameras. When elevated to its full upright position, the mast can be rotated a full 360°. By loosening the T-Handle, operators can rotate the mast with easy in either direction. The mast can be positioned in one of four different positions, and locked back in place by re-tightening the T-handle. The mast itself spins freely with easy, and can typically be rotated with a single hand. The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 1,000 lbs hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. The jacks can be leveled by hand crank or attachment provided for power drills. These outriggers can be extended 2` out from the side of the trailer for added stability. When lowered to 13.5`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. Custom builds can be provided for higher wind speed resistance when fully raised.

LED Light Fixtures: This solar light plant is equipped with eight Larson Electronics LEDWP-600E high output LED light fixtures. The LEDWP-600E consists of six 10 watt LEDs housed within a waterproof aluminum housing that is powder coated for added durability and resistance to corrosion. The housing incorporates integral cooling fins for efficient heat dissipation and increased LED longevity. The LED lamp assembly is protected by a shatterproof polycarbonate lens which is secured to the housing with a waterproof seal. Mounting hardware for the LEDWP-600E consists of a stainless steel coated bracket and stainless steel screws to provide secure mounting and resistance to rust and corrosion. The mounting assembly provides for 360/180 degrees of rotation and tilt to allow the user to position the unit as desired once mounted. LED Technology: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. With LED lights, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking and provide instant illumination when powered on, adding to the reliability of LED technology. By nature, LED light sources run significantly cooler than traditional lamps, reducing the chance of accidental burns and increased temperatures due to heat emissions. This solid state design of light emitting diodes provides a more reliable, stable, durable, and energy efficient light source over traditional lighting. Lamp Control: Each lamp can be powered on individually, allowing operators to power one lamp or all eight lamps at a single time to fit the required illumination requirements. Capacity settings include: 25%, 50% and 100% (lower runtime with 100%). The tower is equipped with a dust to dawn sensor to turn the lights on when ambient lux levels drop below a set level. An internal switch allows operators to power the lights on, off, or on via the day/night sensor. When set to power on via the day/night sensor, the lights will automatically turn on whenever ambient light drop belows a preset level, detected by the equipped photocell. An included timer allows operators to set schedules for activation and deactivation. A motion sensor is also available for automatic activation and deactivation when sensing movement in the area. The motion sensor can be used to turn the lights on (from off), from 25% to 50% or 100%, or from 50% to 100%. With LED technology, there is no warm up period, providing instant high powered illumination. This means that the lights instantly power up and illuminate the secured area when activated.

PTZ Camera: One PTZ security camera provides operators with crisp 1080p full-HD high resolution images from the top of the mast. A 4.7-94mm varifocal lens automatically adjusts focus, providing operators with precise 33x optical zoom levels. Integrated long-range IR LEDs, with a wavelength measurement of 850 nm, enable the day/night camera to see distances up to 492` under nighttime conditions. This unit offloads videos in MP4 format and features H.264 and MJPEG video compression. The IP security camera is designed to perform in outdoor locations and rainy conditions. This IP66-rated unit resists the negative effects of non-corrosive liquids. De-fogging features enable the unit to operate in rainy and foggy conditions. Bullet Cameras: Two bullet-style security cameras provide operators with crisp, high resolution images in industrial work sites. This lightweight unit operates on 12V DC, with optional PoE (802.3af). A 4mm fixed, manual-focus wide angle lens with 83° field of view offers comprehensive monitoring in large areas. Integrated long-range IR LEDs enable the cameras to see distances up to 65` in dark locations. True WDR and 3D-DNR help boost image quality during low-light conditions. Operators can setup and integrate alarms to serve as notifications with the unit. The cutting-edge security device is constructed of aluminum for reliable operation at the industrial facility. A plastic sun shield protects the unit from persistent UV rays during daytime monitoring. This IP66-rated weatherproof unit resists the negative effects of non-corrosive liquids. Solar Panel Assembly: This unit is comprised of four 300-watt solar panels, generating a total maximum output of 1.2 kW. The panels are mounted to a stationary assembly. The panels are wired to the solar charger control box which manages the charging system. The four solar panels are mounted to a frame angled at 45° to capture the intensity of the sun for optimized light intake. This unit comes with a 60-amp charge controller. Battery Bank/Charger: The SPLT-1.2K-LM30-3XBZ-8XWP6-1200AL-MS-DNS-TLR7-120V features thirty, 40-amp lithium-ion batteries (1,200 total/1,200 usable). Operators may access a 120V battery charger that allows the light tower to be charged when local power is available. Component Control Center: All the electrical components are encapsulated in a NEMA 3R job box that is bolted to the trailer. Since most of these components are not rated for high heat, our component cooling system circulates air within the job box at 1400 CFM when the ambient temperature exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The job box that contains the component control system includes locks for security purposes. Trailer Assembly: The entire assembly is mounted to a 7.5` by 7`, single axle trailer via six 1/2" anchor bolts. The two wheel trailer is equipped with 3,500 lbs axle and leaf springs with 15" trailer tires. A standard 2" ball coupling, two standard safety chains, and 7-pin flat trailer plug allow for easy hookup and towing. The trailer tongue can be removed for long term deployment. A rugged and waterproof job box is included, safely secured to the trailer. Four outriggers mounted to the corners of the trailer allow operators to level the trailer, and provide stabilization during deployment. All trailer lighting complies with DOT/FMVSS regulations.
