The WAL-PL-LED-R1-AAA-MSPC from Larson Electronics is a Battery-powered LED Pen Light for portable illumination. This Type II MIL-SPEC device operates using two AAA batteries and offers 100 lumens of illumination. Constructed of aluminum and polycarbonate, the water/impact resistant unit contains a clip for mounting on pockets, boards, binders and more.
The WAL-PL-LED-R1-AAA-MSPC is a compact LED pen light that adheres to Type II MIL-SPEC construction. This unit is powered by two AAA batteries and comes with a tear-resistant nylon holster. During use, the LED pen light delivers 100 lumens of output, capable of reaching targets up to 203.4 feet away. Activation is facilitated by a push button tail switch for constant or momentary applications. The black pen light is constructed of abrasion and corrosion-resistant anodized aircraft aluminum, with a polycarbonate lens. This IPX4 rated unit is impact resistant up to 2 meters.

In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.
