Shipping Charges & Delivery


PuriLite offers free shipping on all of our products offerings across North America. Once an order is placed, PuriLite will have your order shipped from one of our distribution facilities in Canada or the US within 1-5 business days. If the product requires custom manufacturing, the estimated lead time prior to shipping is 2 weeks.

Once your order is shipped via a global carrier, a tracking number will be provided. The shipment lead-time depends on several factors some of which are the customer’s receiving address and business season. PuriLite assumes no liability or responsibility for any delays in shipping. 

In the event of damages caused, the customer can file a complaint with the appropriate carrier that delivered the package. PuriLite cannot assist with filing damage claims with your carrier. PuriLite will ensure all products are shipped with protective packaging materials in order to ensure there are no damages sustained during shipment.

Delivery dates are approximate and products may be placed on backorder at the discretion of PuriLite. Under no circumstances will PuriLite be liable for failure to ship, delay in delivery, or for Customer’s failure to receive, products by a certain date.

Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to PuriLite within 1 business day of receipt of shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).

Claims for loss or damage in shipments are the responsibility of the carrier, and must not be deducted from our invoice, nor shall payment of the invoice be withheld while you await adjustment for your claims.
