The HAL-TBL-BX-AEP.Z-36.36.70-M1-25C-120V-EPP is a powerful sanitation solution for cleaning clothes and equipment in busy work sites. This UV oven is safe to use in Class I Division 2 hazardous location. Equipped with twenty UVC fluorescent lamps, this hazardous location system offers UV output, within the 200nm - 280nm UV-C range (253.7 nm). The lights have an expected lifespan of 8,000+ hours and emit a flood beam pattern with 360 degrees of coverage. A stainless steel interior finish promotes UV light distribution. The lights take on the following configuration inside the UV cabinet: (4) 48" UV bulbs at the back side, (4) 24" UV bulbs on the left side, (4) 24" UV bulbs on the right side, (2) 24" UV bulbs at the top, (2) 24" UV bulbs on the bottom and (4) 18" UV bulbs on the back side of the doors.
This hazardous location UV cabinet turns off automatically when the door is open. A yellow indicator light turns on when the unit is in use to safely notify the operator about ongoing sanitation. Adhering closely to exposure times at full capacity, multiple UV cabinets can be purchased to clean several devices and articles of clothing at the same time. Operators may access an external timer on the cabinet to ensure the recommended duration of exposure is met every session. The UV light can disinfect over 99% of bacteria, viruses, mold, and spores.
Voltage: The HAL-TBL-BX-AEP.Z-36.36.70-M1-25C-120V-EPP operates on 120 V AC, 60 Hz.
Purge and Pressurization System: The HAL-TBL-BX-AEP.Z-36.36.70-M1-25C-120V-EPP uses a Type Z continuous flow purge and pressurization system that makes it safe to use within Class I Division 2 hazardous locations. In a purge and pressurization system, any hazardous gas is purged from the enclosure through a series of complete air exchanges. The enclosure is then pressurized to prevent the entry of any hazardous gas or dust from entering the enclosure. In a continuous flow purge system, like the one used in this UV oven, a constant flow of air following the purge is used to maintain internal pressure.
The HAL-TBL-BX-AEP.Z-36.36.70-M1-25C-120V-EPP features a Type Z continuous flow purge system. A Type Z system requires a minimum of 25 Pa for internal pressure. The other main feature of a Type Z system is that power to the unit is automatically disconnected if a drop in pressure below the minimum occurs or any other loss of pressure occurs. This means that it then must go through the purge and pressurization process successfully again before operation can resume within the hazardous area.
Operation: The HAL-TBL-BX-AEP.Z-36.36.70-M1-25C-120V-EPP is equipped with a C1D1 rated push button for power and a C1D1 rated power indicator light on the outside of the unit. A timer is installed on the inside of the enclosure. The timer keeps the UV lamps running for the recommended amount of time to disinfect the desired items.
To use the UV oven, the operator places the items in the racks on the inside of the oven, closes the gasketed door, secures the stainless steel draw latches, and pushes the power button. The unit then purges the enclosure and pressurizes it. Once pressurization is complete, power is provided to the timer. The UV lamps then power up and stay on throughout disinfection. This entire process must be repeated every time the lid is opened or pressure is otherwise lost.

Return & Refund Policy
For All non-Larson Products If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us by emailing or call 1-844-787-LITE within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 25% restocking fee. PuriLite inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and restocking fee, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. PuriLite reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the order date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise.
Once you place an order, the following products are non-returnable: custom-cut, customer built or special order items (such as matting, slings, cranes, prefab offices, buildings, mezzanines, assembled lockers and regularly stocked items such as generators, pressure washers, water and trash pumps, snow throwers, radio headsets, striping paint, line stripers, floor care machines, vacuums, custom fabric chairs, forklifts) your order is considered non-cancellable and any custom-cut, customer built or special order items purchased by you are also non-returnable. Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable. There are no returns on any medical and/or sanitizing products for obvious safety reasons. This includes PPE (including masks), tests, thermometers, sprayers and UVC lighting of any kind (portable and surface).
Leased and hazardous items are also non-returnable. Contact customer service for a complete list of applicable products.
Larson product return policy Every order is tested prior to shipping. The product is tested before it is put into the shipping box, crate, pallet, etc. Larson take pictures and videos of every product for every order being shipped, and store these pictures and videos with the order number in our system. Because of the complexity of some of our products, we have a very limited return policy.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any hazardous location, explosion proof or intrinsically safe products. Once these products leave the factory, we cannot be sure what happens to them. We must re-build and re-certify the units to specification to ensure that the next customer receives an item that is safe to use. This is cost prohibitive. For that reason, we do not accept returns on classified products. We do not accept returns on transformers, phase converters, or frequency converters. In order to install one of the aforementioned products, typically customers will modify the product (i.e. penetrate the housing to make connections, punch out knockouts, remove or damage tinning on lead wires during installation). Because we video test every unit before it ships to ensure the unit operates as described, we know when they leave here the units are operationally functional and meet the output voltage when supplied with the input voltage per the product specification. To be clear, we do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances for these reasons.
Products that are not addressed in the above two conditions must be returned in new, unused condition.
Below are some additional considerations:
Electrical/electronic parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing. Because electronics are very sensitive to voltage overloads, it does not take much of a voltage spike to ruin a component. Because of this risk, all electrical products returned will undergo electrical testing and assessed a testing fee. This fee will be subtracted from the final return value.
Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable.
Products that contain emergency backup components are subject to very narrow warranty terms and do not qualify for return. For customer convenience, we engage the battery pack prior to shipping all emergency backup products. Many times, particularly with hazardous location rated products, the battery packs are difficult to access and the customer generally plans to install the units shortly after receipt of the shipment. Battery backup components using older technologies (Nicad, NIMH, SLA, etc) will fail quickly if they do not maintain valid grid tie support. In other words, the batteries must receive a consistent maintained charge to perpetuate long lifespans. Battery backup products that are shelved (not installed) for periods greater than 3 weeks will likely fail and need replacement sooner. This replacement will not be covered under warranty. This can also occur is the units are installed but the grid tie option is not connected correctly. Customers can specify that they do not want the battery pack to be engaged at the time of ordering if they plan to shelve the units for long periods of time prior to installation.
There are many products on the site and not all pictures depict the exact configuration of each product. Many products are custom built and/or built on demand. In some cases, products are designed and not sold immediately and rendering may be used. In all cases, the end product is built to the specification listed and the pictures shown may be close approximations. Pictures are more likely to be close approximations with more complex products, including transformers, power distribution systems, control systems, light tower systems and other highly customizable products. In no way does the approximation validate a potential return. We always build to the specification. If customers have questions, they should ask prior to purchase to clarify.
There are no returns on any medical and/or sanitizing products for obvious safety reasons. This includes PPE (including masks), tests, thermometers, sprayers and UVC lighting of any kind (portable and surface)
Many international orders, specialty orders and other complex build orders require prepayment in advance. This prepayment represents a commitment to the order. Cancelling the order will result in a deduction from the original amount paid if any refund is available, since an investment of time and money is typically required to acquire materials and prepare the order. While not all orders in this category require prepayment, cancellation fees may apply to other build orders as well. The percentage of the deduction is at Larson’s discretion but usually ranges from 30 to 50%.
