After 30 days, the customer ships the failed LED light and/or LED bulb to Larson Electronics at their expense. If the failure is a manufacturer defect, we will ship a new replacement to the customer. If failure occurs within 30 days of receipt, Larson Electronics will provide a return label via email to the customer. Buy American Compliant The LEDLB-8ET-IR-110V from Larson Electronics is an Infrared LED Light Bar that offers high light output and extreme durability combined with a versatile trunnion handle in order to hold up to desired areas for therapy. This IP67 rated infrared LED light bar produces an infrared light beam in several different nanometer ranges. The 850Nm versions have a very slight red glow around the LEDs when veiwed from a certain angle while higher NM units cannot be viewed with the human eye. This light comes standard to run off of a 110V AC wall plug in source, however, operator can remove the transformer allowing the unit to run on any voltage from 9 to 42 volts. This unit is set up as a medical infrared led light emitter. Larson Electronics provides 6 feet of SOOW cable so that the LED is able to position itself away from the wall where it receives it`s power. The LEDLB-8ET-IR-110V infrared LED light bar from Larson Electronics is available in 750Nm, 850Nm or 940Nm IR ranges. Please make your selection when ordering below. The 850Nm version is what is recommended for medical use. Eight Edison Edixeon® 3 watt infrared LEDs producing 180 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with high purity 10 degree optics to produce a tightly focused spot beam 375` long by 70` wide with limited spread or light spillage. We offer optional floodlight versions of this light that have 35 degree optics to produce a wider beam spread and more light over a larger area nearer the fixture. These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications. The entire Larson Electronics LEDLB-E series are constructed of extruded aluminum and feature heavier housings, rubber isolated mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide increased durability. This light is equipped with a trunnion handle which allows user to hold the unit up to desired areas as well as positioning the light at various angles. Durability: The LEDLB-E series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. The LED lights with the `E` part number designation are designed for extreme durability and are larger and nearly twice as heavy as their standard counterparts. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from thick extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. We recommend these LED lights for high stress - high vibratory conditions, high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. They are also well suited to environments where equipment is used in one temperature extreme and stored in another temperature extreme. Adjustable Mounting: The trunnion handle design on the LEDLB-8ET-IR-110V allows positioning the unit at various angles while holding the unit at desired locations. This means that by loosening 2 thumb bolts located on either side of the light, the operator can adjust the positioning angle of this light 270 degrees. Then he/she would simply have to tighten thumb bolts to lock the angle in place. No tools are required for adjusting angle.
