The Larson Electronics GAU-ADC-48-160W-LED-D-V2 Dimmable General Use High Bay LED Fixture is a connected lighting solution that provides 19,200 lumens of illumination in rugged work sites. Equipped with a DALI-PWM signal converter, this low profile, highly efficient LED light fixture is a direct replacement for existing four lamp T5HO fixtures, providing twice the lamp life, increased durability, and less energy consumption. Controls for the dimmable LED unit is facilitated by an analog output module using Modbus TCP/IP protocol. No programming is required during setup. The GAU-ADC-48-160W-LED-D-V2 integrated 160 Watt LED light fixture is a low profile linear light fixture that provides 19,200 lumens of bright light in a 160° wide flood beam spread. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. The GAU-ADC-48-160W-LED-D-V2 is housed in aluminum casing and the LED assembly is protected by a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens. This unit is multi voltage, operating on 110-277 AC 50/60 Hz, and supplied with a 10` line-in cable with flying leads. We also offer a low voltage 12-24V AC/DC model for low voltage applications, such as off the grid and remote locations powered by alternative energy. Aevum Network Controlled Lighting Solution: The Aevum Network Controlled Lighting Solution from Larson Electronics enables connected and intelligent illumination using cutting-edge and existing networks. Using Modbus TCP/IP or DALI (for fixtures with dimming features), businesses can seamlessly control lights and sensors from remote locations, without traditional light switches. Web-based panels facilitate real-time monitoring of connected equipment and allows operators to switch units on/off, configure activation settings and more. Businesses may utilize their own systems and software with these controllers, ensuring robust flexibility and cost savings (no contracts). The Aevum Network Controlled Lighting Solution can improve productivity in the workplace by automating basic lighting controls and making lighting controls widely accessible in the facility, via local networks or the internet. Operators also have the option to monitor the status of fixtures from a remote location, which can improve maintenance and reduce downtimes. Larson Electronics offers equipment and accessories required for a DALI network. Controls: Controls for the LED fixture is accessible using a web-based control panel. Compatible with HTTP, XML, or Modbus TCP/IP protocols, network configuration is accessible using web-based pages (no programming required). Operators can monitor or setup controls from a remote area using the internet or local IP network and any standard web browser. Protective features include: integrated 15kV protection (ESD protection), integrated over-temperature, open-line and short circuit. Output alarms can be set for open current loop and high internal temperature. LED indicator lights on the device provide the real-time information about power, fault condition for all 5 channels and network link/activity. Password protection for the setup page is available (13 characters maximum). Operators can upload scripts during setup using the web-based panel. Signal Converter: The LED lighting system is equipped with a signal converter, which converts DALI signals to PWM signals. This component features built-in push dim functionality and a comprehensive dimming range of 1-100%. A total of four output channels can be found on the DALI-PWM signal converter. Selectable output PWM logic includes active high (factory setting) or active low.

The GAU-ADC-48-160W-LED-D-V2 offers 0-10V dimming. With 0-10V dimming, the supply fixture is equipped with a secondary low voltage dimming cable to control the light intensity of the fixture. This secondary signal cable is connected to the user provided dimming controls to dim the light fixtures. 0-10V dimming provides ten points of light intensity, with 100% light output at 10V and 0% light output at 0V. LED light fixtures capable of 0-10V dimming are compatible with Mark 10 style dimmer switches. LED Drivers: Even in LED fixtures, heat is the single largest factor in premature light failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs in order to reduce the amount of heat produced. Rather than lower light output or quality, Larson Electronics addresses this problem with the addition of an electronic LED driver. This internal driver provides the ability to automatically monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. This not only reduces the energy dissipation, effectively lowering the operating temperature of the fixture, but also prevents AC over-voltage and short circuit loading making this fixture virtually maintenance free. Because the electronic driver allows the GAU-ADC-48-160W-LED-D-V2 to run at a cooler internal temperature and regulates the electrical current, energy efficiency and LED service hours are maximized while at the same time reducing operating costs and downtime incurred from the frequent servicing intervals required with other hotter running lights. Network: The analog output module is equipped with five configurable channels. This unit works with 10/100 Base-T ethernet ports and allows static IP address assignment or DHCP, HTTP port selectable during setup. Compatible with 9-28V DC, the module features a 12-position, removable connector for power and outputs, as well as an accessible 8-pin RJ45 port. Operators can mount the device on walls, surfaces or din rails for space-saving benefits. The integrated heat sink allows for efficient heat dissipation, preventing the LEDs from overheating and keeping the overall temperature of the fixture relatively low. Solid state LED technology eliminates the need for a ballast box and lamps, a cumbersome feature of fluorescent fixtures that add weight and require frequent repairs. This low profile light fixture features two adjustable brackets, providing operators with easy installation and allowing for adjustments of the light assembly. This unit is designed to be either surface mounted or hung from cable or chain and includes built in mounts. This light comes with a multi-purpose mounting bracket that can be used for a direct surface mount or reversed and used for chain hanging the unit.
