The MT-PPS-120.240V-1.5KW-40VDC-NW-R1 from Larson Electronics is a Programmable DC Power Supply for industrial sites and systems. This 1.5 kW unit is designed to convert single-phase input voltages ranging between 85-265V AC to low voltage 0-40V DC. This device may be installed on front panels and comes with several diagnostic and protective features. Output is provided within a low voltage range of 0-40V DC (0-37ADC) and maximum 1.5kW. Equipped with a stepless rotary knob for setting voltage/current, the device features power and standby modes. Function keys on the panel includes: menu, item, V/I DIS, TRIP DIS, CLEAR and ENTER. Meters display output voltage, output current, voltage set point, current set point, over voltage trip and over current trip. Operators may view various enabled/disabled configurations on the front panel. The industrial power supply features front panel, RS-232 computer interface and isolated 37-pin I/O communication. This device features an efficiency rate of 86 percent and offers the following diagnostic/protective functions: AC phase loss, excessive thermal conditions, over voltage trip (programmable), over current trip (programmable), cleared fuse, excessive program line voltage and interlock fault. It supports cooling by side air intake and rear air exhaust. Interface/Connections: This DC power supply features LXI TCP/IP Ethernet interface (+LXI). A 38660 molex input connector can be used for input connections. Output is facilitated by two 3/8-16 threaded insert ports. Mount: The MT-PPS-120.240V-1.5KW-40VDC-NW-R1 is suitable for front-panel mounting requirements, via four openings at every corner of the unit. NOTE: In order to obtain the best performance and the longest operational life from these units, it is recommended that you do not exceed 75% of the unit's output amperage.
