Suitable for marking devices in industrial facilities, this 80-watt unit provides 400 lumens of blue light in a narrow 3° beam configuration. Operators may mount the LED light in elevated positions @ 50`-200` above grade.
The LEDWL-CRN-CPL-BLU-V1-3DB-1227 is a robust LED warning light for marking devices in industrial work sites. This 80-watt unit emits 400 lumens of blue light @ 462 nm during use. A narrow 3° beam configuration provides dense illumination for increased light clarity when mounted 50`-200` above grade, with the beam pointing downwards at ground level.
This unit consists of an integrated LED assembly housed within a waterproof die cast aluminum housing that is powder coated for added durability and resistance to corrosion. Equipped
with an injected molded rubber gasket, t
he 2-part housing allows for easy ceiling mount installation and future servicing, and the aluminum design helps heat dissipation and increase LED longevity. The IP65-rated LED lamp assembly is protected by a prismatic polycarbonate lens which is secured to the housing with a one piece injected rubber seal. This prismatic polycarbonate lens is designed for superior light distribution.
LED Benefits:
Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.
