The WAL-RPS-WLM-2XWP60E-1.5K-120V Rechargeable LED Light is designed for remote indoor/outdoor environments and industrial facilities. This 120-watt unit is powered by a 1,500Wh li-ion battery that is rechargeable via common 120V AC wall outlets or customer-provided solar panels. Operators may swap the battery pack out for long, sustained lighting requirements.
The WAL-RPS-WLM-2XWP60E-1.5K-120V is a portable lighting solution for demanding work sites and remote locations. Consisting of two LED lamps for a combined total of 10,800 lumens. An external, rechargeable battery pack powers the luminaries and includes a removeable input power cord equipped with a 5-15P cord cap for recharging. Operators may recharge the power cells by plugging into standard 120V AC wall outlets. Alternatively, it would also be possible to swap the battery pack out for longer runtime.
The two lamps consist of six LEDs each, housed within a waterproof aluminum housing that is powder coated for added durability and resistance to corrosion. The housing incorporates integral cooling fins for efficient heat dissipation and increased LED longevity. The LED lamp assemblies are protected by a shatterproof polycarbonate lens which is secured to the housing with a waterproof seal. A 1/2" waterproof connector provides a secure and sealed power connection point and rounds out this unit`s weather resistant construction.
LED Benefits:
Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. With LED lights, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking and provide instant illumination when powered on, adding to the reliability of LED technology. By nature, LED light sources run significantly cooler than traditional lamps, reducing the chance of accidental burns and increased temperatures due to heat emissions. Battery Pack:
The WAL-RPS-WLM-2XWP60E-1.5K-120V is powered by a rechargeable li-ion battery with 1,500Wh capacity. The battery pack includes a 2 foot removeable input cord with a 5-15P cord cap for recharging. For seamless transportation and handling, a pop-up handle may be deployed, which is located at the top of the battery pack. Illuminated green indicators display the charging status of the unit when it is in use. A button activation system allows operators to toggle the power of the battery pack on/off.
Standard output power for the battery pack is 500W with peak output reaching 700W. The component supports 120V AC output. This unit can be charged using solar panels (PV) or standard AC power from a mainstream 120V outlet. For sustained illumination, it would be possible to swap the battery pack for another
BPLI-1.5K
power cell. For such requirements, it is recommended to purchase several
BPLI-1.5K
units.
Mounting/Wiring:
The LED lamps are mounted on an industrial wall mount bracket using L brackets with thru holes on each side to secure the unit to the wall. Once this surface mount is installed, the lights can be pivoted up and down via their own trunnion brackets - 360/180 degrees of rotation and tilt to allow the user to position the unit as desired. A 50` 16/3 SOOW cord with a 5-15P cord cap is available for connection to the battery pack. The battery pack includes an additional 2 foot removeable input power cord equipped with a 5-15P cord cap for recharging. Operators may plug into a standard 120V AC outlet to recharge the battery.
