The Global Industrial™ Commercial Grade Air Scrubber and Negative Air Machine is your heavy-duty answer to heavy-duty air purification. It is designed to deliver advanced levels of air purification for areas in construction, disaster relief, home remodeling, reclamation, reconstruction, and much more. Constructed of Rotomolded Plastic, the commercial grade air scrubber and negative air machine is evenly layered in a second skin that's thicker than injection molding and permits higher levels of flexibility and endurance during extreme temperatures or rough impact. Also included are two GFCI protected power outlets that allow this to be daisy-chained for a maximum of 3 units on one circuit. The air scrubber is also stackable (up to 3 units) which saves space and provides ease of storage. When attached to ducting to exhaust filtered air outside the affected area, it operates as a negative air machine. When placed standalone in a room for purification, it acts as an air scrubber.
The first stage pleated pre filter is MERV 9 that collects and traps pollen, hairs, mold, and larger dust particles
The second stage is and the activated carbon filter that pulls in and helps to eliminate smoke and odors
The final stage is a HEPA filter with an efficiency rating of 99.97% against 0.3-micron particles and will catch bacteria, allergens, dusts, and fumes
To maintain optimal performance it is recommended that the pre filter be changed every 3 months and the activated carbon filter be replaced every 6 months. There is an indicator light on the control panel that will illuminate when the HEPA filter should be replaced.
Optional accessories include:
Flexible ducting for the air outlet (requires duct kit - 292943) - which converts the air scrubber to be operated as a negative air machine to help limit the spread of contaminants to other areas inside the structure
Caster Conversion Kit – 292942 - that affixes to the back of the air scrubber enabling it to be rolled around for ease of mobility
Flexible ducting for the air inlet – 292944 - allows the unit to be placed outside the affected area
