Made in the USA The EHL-LED-7W-75-EPP from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof LED Drop Light / Trouble Light that is ideal for general lighting, detailed tasks, and inspections in hazardous locations. This 30-watt unit features 3,000 lumens of illumination. A heavy-duty swivel hook at the top of the handlamp offers versatile mounting on poles, indentions and small openings for hands-free operation. A unique angled board design offers 360° of comprehensive lighting. This explosion proof handlamp is certified to NEC, CEC, ATEX, and IEC Ex standards for worldwide use. This 30 watt explosion proof LED work light produces 3000 lumens of bright white light and comes complete with 75 feet of explosion proof cord. The EHL-LED-7W-75-EPP LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location unit is approved for Class I, Divisions 1 & 2, Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Zone 1 & 2, and Zones 21 & 22 environments. This explosion proof LED drop light is ideal for hazardous work areas where a ready source of easily managed lighting is desired. These particular units also come standard with an explosion proof twist-lock plug. The plug is Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 and Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 rated. In order to complete the seal, operator must take twist-lock explosion proof plug and connect to an explosion proof outlet receptacle. Connecting to a regular 120 V AC outlet renders the plug useless and should only be done when connecting the light outside of the explosion proof environment.

This 30 watt LED drop light is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical vapors and various dusts are present and projects 3000 lumens of light, which is twice the lumens per watt output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb. This unit is rated Class I, Division 1 and comes complete with 75' of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord ending in a choice of explosion proof cord caps. This hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn't need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the transformer becomes entangled in the cord. The light produced by this unit has a 6000k color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps. The light produced by this lamp is ideal for close work and inspection activities where good contrast and true color representation is needed. The LED lamp in this unit runs much cooler than incandescent or fluorescent lamps, resulting in a lamp housing that remains cool to the touch and eliminates the accidental burns often encountered with incandescent drop lights.

Wiring and Plug: This portable explosion proof LED drop light is equipped with 75 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include C1D1 rated 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110-125 V outlets with ground, C1D1 rated 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for 110-125 V outlets with ground, and C1D1 rated 6-20 20 amp straight blade plug for 220-250 V outlets with ground. These explosion proof plugs must be mated with the appropriate explosion proof outlet to retain the C1D1 rating. Please choose cord cap option below. Voltage: This light is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 100-277 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
