| The Larson Electronics EPCS-2XPB-1XRT.MIN.60-1XPL.G-240V-MOD1 Explosion Proof Control Station is suitable for busy operations in hazardous locations. Featuring a DPST timer, two push buttons, a green pilot light, time delay fuses secured on fuse holders, a contactor and grounding block, the unit is compatible with 240V AC. The NEMA 4X-rated enclosure can be mounted on flat surfaces during installation. The EPCS-2XPB-1XRT.MIN.60-1XPL.G-240V-MOD1 is a durable explosion proof control station designed for hazardous locations. This unit operates on 240V AC and contains a DPST timer that enables operators to set the timer up to 60 minutes. Settings less than 60 minutes is possible. The timer can also be reset back to zero any time during the countdown (example: after 10 minutes, reset back to zero). One red/stop and one green/go push buttons and one 240V green pilot light are also available on this control station. The unit is equipped with one DIN-rail mounted 1HP 9-amp contactor, which is compatible with 230V AC. Glass time delay fuses include two, 0.5-amp 2-pole and two, 3-amp 2-pole. The time delay fuses are installed on fuse holders, bolted down to a backplate inside the explosion proof control station. This unit also contains a grounding block, located on the backplate. The EPCS-2XPB-1XRT.MIN.60-1XPL.G-240V-MOD1 is constructed of cast aluminum, equipped with stainless steel hinge and bolts and includes a watertight gasket for a NEMA 4X protection rating. The explosion proof control station is compatible with surface mount configurations. Applications: Petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, paint spray booths, food manufacturing buildings, agricultural sites, grain storage centers, small motors, manual control and more. |
