| The Larson Electronics EPCS-4XPB.B-2X2PS-PLG-N4-MOD1 Explosion Proof Control Station is suitable for busy operations in Class I, Division 1 and ATEX rated locations. Featuring seven drilled and tapped operator holes, the unit supports several control mechanisms for heavy-duty machines. Four black push buttons, two 2-position selector switches, one green pilot light and a 20-amp circuit breaker with an external reset handle can be found on this station. The EPCS-4XPB.B-2X2PS-PLG-N4-MOD1 is a durable explosion proof control station designed for combustible work sites. This ATEX-rated unit supports a total of seven drilled and tapped operator holes. Equipped with a 20-amp circuit breaker and external reset handle, the explosion proof control station features four black push buttons with an NO contact configuration. On the IP66-rated unit, operators may engage commands using a two-position selector switch with an NO contact configuration. A 230V AC green pilot light is available for real-time notifications. The EPCS-4XPB.B-2X2PS-PLG-N4-MOD1 is constructed of aluminum with stainless steel bolts (cover). An accessible 6" window is available on the enclosure for viewing. This unit features five M20 and two M32 hubs. Each M32 hub is tapped on the far left and far right side of the south side of the enclosure. The five M20 hubs are spaced evenly along the center of the south side of the enclosure. The NEMA 4-rated control station contains an internal backplate for mounting customer provided equipment. This 1/8" thick aluminum plate measures 17" x 17" x 1/8" thick. Mounting bolt holes for the internal backplate measure 15" center-to-center for vertical and horizontal mounting bolts. This explosion proof control station is compatible with surface mount configurations via four external mounting feet. Applications: Petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, paint spray booths, food manufacturing buildings, agricultural sites, grain storage centers and more. |
