| The Larson Electronics EPCS-PGT-R1-15A-120V-2X0.75IN Explosion Proof Timer is designed for use in hazardous locations, confined spaces and industrial facilities. This unit contains a 5.38" lens opening and is constructed of copper-free aluminum. The explosion proof timer features up to 8 programmable on/off settings and a built-in backup battery. The EPCS-PGT-R1-15A-120V-2X0.75IN offers time-tracking capabilities in Class I, II and III rated combustible facilities. Operators may access a 15-amp digital, programmable timer inside the enclosure, which is compatible with 120V AC. To change the settings of the timer, individuals must open the lid. The digital timer enables individuals to save up to 8 on/off functions or settings (can be as short as one minute; preset combination days available). An included, built-in battery ensures backup during power outage which maintains the saved settings. The on/off switch serves as a manual override for ongoing programmed settings. To setup programmed settings, operators can use accessible keypad buttons on the timer. Operators may select between Daylight Saving Time and Random Security modes. When Daylight Saving Time is selected, the unit automatically toggles the time by +/- 1 hour (depending on the applicable time difference). In Random Security Mode, the explosion proof timer randomly turns off the connected device for 5-30 minutes, then turns it back on. This unit is equipped with a 5.38" lens opening and 305 cubic inches of volume. Constructed of copper-free aluminum, the ATEX/IECEX-rated enclosure is protected by a tempered soda lime glass lens. This unit is rated NEMA Type 3, 4, 4X, 7 (B,C,D) and 9 (E,F,G) and designed to withstand the rigors of demanding environmental and operating conditions while remaining robust and easy to use. Hubs: The EPCS-PGT-R1-15A-120V-2X0.75IN contains one, 3/4" NPT hub @ east and one, 3/4" NPT hub @ west of the enclosure. Terminal strips can be used to complete wiring connections. Mounting: This explosion proof unit is compatible with surface mounting requirements. Cast mounting lugs are available for mounting.
