| The Larson Electronics EPJ-6-TB Explosion Proof Junction Box is designed for flammable work sites and environments. This explosion proof accessory is made out of copper-free aluminum and features a six-circuit terminal strip. Operators can choose from the following hub size options: 1/2", 3/4" or 1" NPT. The EPJ-6-TB is a sturdy enclosure with explosion proof features. This unit features a six-circuit terminal strip with six incoming wires and six outgoing wires. The grey explosion proof junction box contains 29 cubic inches of volume and a 3 1/8" cover opening. This explosion proof accessory is constructed of copper-free aluminum and finished with an electrostatically-applied powder coating. The rugged unit is suitable for Class I, Division 1 & 2; Class II, Division 1 & 2; and Class III flammable work sites. Mounting: The EPJ-6-TB can be mounted on flat surfaces and conduit-configurations via a black plate. Operators are provided access to six openings on the unit. Hub size options include the following: 1/2", 3/4" or 1" NPT. Applications: Petroleum refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, paint spray booths, food manufacturing buildings, agricultural operations, grain storage centers, harsh environments, rugged work sites, marine locations, wet locations and more. |
