| The EPL-AEC-7.75-4X1NSEW from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Device Box Instrument Enclosure that houses compact instruments or devices used in hazardous locations, confined spaces and industrial facilities. This unit contains 615 cubic inches of volume and is constructed of copper-free aluminum. Equipped with four 1" NPT Hubs, this explosion proof enclosure can be used to comply with domestic and international code requirements, while providing protection for operators and nearby workers. The EPL-AEC-7.75-4X1NSEW offers protection from explosive hazards and ignitions, dust, harsh weather and rough treatment (tampering). This explosion proof box contains a blank cover and 615 cubic inches of volume. Constructed of copper-free aluminum, four openings at every corner of the unit are available for surface mounting applications. The explosion proof device box is compatible with conduit sizes up to 1". This unit is rated Type 3, 4 and 4X and designed to withstand the rigors of demanding environmental and operating conditions while remaining robust and easy to use. Hubs:The EPL-AEC-7.75-4X1NSEW contains a total of four 1" hubs on the enclosure. There is a single 1" hub on each of the north side, south side, west side, and east side of the enclosure. Applications: Flow measurement devices, temperature monitors, two-wire transmitters, gas detectors, Ph analyzers, pressure gauges, level detectors, H2S monitors, transducers, pressure switches and other compact industrial instruments/devices. |
