The Larson Electronics EPL-SL-6-LED-E2E Explosion Proof String Light provides powerful illumination in combustible sites and temporary mounting applications. Equipped with six, 10-watt explosion proof LED lamps, this unit is constructed of non-sparking aluminum and tempered glass. The NEMA rated unit is recommended for Class I, II and III rated work areas.
This explosion proof string light set from Larson Electronics contains a total of six, 10-watt work lights equipped with aluminum hooks and connected in series along 60 feet of 14/3 SOOW explosion proof cord. A molded T junction is mounted every ten feet, with 3 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord connecting a single drop light to the backbone. The cord on this unit is terminated with a 20 amp 5-20 or 6-20 Class I, Division 1 explosion proof plug for complete protection. With this arrangement, each drop light cannot spark if pulled apart or dragged. A 25 foot tail section of main SOOW cord is included to allow ample length for connection to power sources. An explosion proof outlet at the end of the backbone provides the ability to conenct multiple units end to end, allowing operators to daisy chain multiple stringers together along the jobsite.
