| Made in the USA The EPL-TL-3X10W-C-PA from Larson Electronics is an LED Traffic Light with Signal Horn that is approved for Class I Division 1 and Class II Division 1 hazardous areas and is also approved for use in wet locations and marine environments. This waterproof LED equipped light is designed for routing traffic in industrial refueling stations and process status indication in manufacturing facilities. The EPL-TL-3X10W-C-PA is available in several different light color configurations. The EPL-TL-3X10W-C-PA explosion proof LED stack light is an ideal indicator lighting solution for for industrial refueling stations and manufacturing facilities. The light housings are constructed with a polyester powder coated, copper free aluminum casting, that can withstand 1490 pounds PSI hydrostatic pressure. The mounting plate is also made from aluminum and can be custom built to customer specifications. This explosion proof three color indicator light has a 50,000 hour operational life and is available in 120-277 VAC and 12/24V DC configurations for standard or low voltage operation. The standard light color configuration for the EPL-TL-3X10W-C-PA is Red/Amber/Green, but Red/Blue/Green and Red/Amber/White configurations are also available. Make selection below when ordering. The explosion proof horn provides operators in hazardous locations with an effective and powerful alert/signal system that can withstand demanding conditions and be heard over the operation of industrial machinery. This unit includes 8 different tones which can reach peak output of 110dBA and can be remotely operated for priority alerts. This explosion proof LED light carries a T3C temperature rating and has a -40°C to 85°C operating temp range. The EPL-TL-3X10W-C-PA is Class I, Class II, Class III, Division 1 approved. Power is provided by individual conductors to allow independent operation of each lamp, making this unit ideal for fuel depots and manufacturing facilities where status indicators are necessary. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. The housing on this horn is constructed of heavy duty aluminum and the horn is formed fiberglass. The entire unit is finished in durable grey powder coat for resistance to corrosion, is weatherproof/dustproof, and NEMA4x and marine rated for wet environments. Wiring is through a 1/2" conduit access hub, and the unit can be ordered in 120-240VAC configuration for use with standard voltages or 24V DC for low voltage use. Mounting is via an omni directional bracket which allows mounting to flat surfaces and vertical adjustment of the horn for secure placement and optimum sound direction. This explosion proof fixture has a standard configuration for red, amber, and green output (one lamp each color), but a red, blue and green configuration as well as a red, amber and white configuration are also available. The LED lamps in this traffic light are 10 watts each and offer cool operation and clean, bright output that surpasses that of 100 watt incandescent indicator lamps. Mounting is provided by a heavy gauge aluminum base with four predrilled holes designed to be bolted to walls and flat surfaces for permanent and secure attachment.
