The 20-watt system includes two LED lamps (yellow and green), which is mounted on a dolly cart with two rubber wheels for seamless transportation around the hazardous location. Constructed of copper-free aluminum, the unit comes with a 50` 16/3 SOOW cord and an explosion proof cord cap. The EPLCD-SML-2X10W-C-3WS-50C-MOD1 is an ideal indicator lighting solution for flammable work sites and environments. This 20-watt LED system consists of one, yellow LED lamp with a strobing configuration and one, green LED lamp with a steady burn configuration. A 3-way switch allows operators to control the LED lamps manually. In application, the switch can be engaged to turn the green steady-burn LED lamp on (yellow LED light off), indicating normal operations at the site. To indicate caution, the switch can be engaged to turn the yellow strobing LED lamp on (green LED light off). The dolly cart-mounted LED signal light is offered in universal 120-277V AC, 12/24V DC or 12/24V AC. The explosion proof LED light is constructed with a polyester powder coated copper-free aluminum casting that can withstand 1,490 pounds PSI hydrostatic pressure. For durability, the lamps are protected by Pyrex globes and cast aluminum globe guards. The unit offers cool operation and clean bright output that surpasses the performance of 100-watt incandescent indicator lamps. Unlike traditional indicator lamps that use a colored globe with low color temperature incandescent lamps, this explosion proof LED stack light incorporates a clear glass globe and colored LED lamps. By utilizing colored LEDs instead of tinted lenses or globes, the total visibility and light output is increased when compared to traditional colored lamps. This is particularly important for strobe configurations, increasing the peak candela of the signal during indications. Commonly used color codes for indicators: • Red: Stop / Failure conditions, such as an emergency stop or machine fault • Yellow: Caution / Warnings, such as over-temperature or over-pressure conditions • Green: Go / Normal machine or process operation • Blue: External help request / Operator/Supervisor required / Maintenance personnel assistance required • White: User-defined conditions specific to application and environment Wiring: This explosion proof LED light is equipped with 50` of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Mounting: The EPLCD-SML-2X10W-C-3WS-50C-MOD1 is secured on a heavy gauge aluminum back plate fabricated from copper-free aluminum and mounted on a dolly cart for seamless transportation around the work site. This explosion proof LED light and dolly cart offers an excellent lighting solution for operators who need illumination in unusual areas where traditional fixed mount lighting is obstructed or cannot effectively reach.
