|Made in the USA The EPLJH-70LED-1224I-100 low voltage explosion proof LED light fixture from Larson Electronics produces 6,020 lumens of intense illumination and operates at 12 volts DC. This LED work light is weather proof and suitable for wet areas, and comes attached to an aluminum rail/ladder mount bracket that allows operators to easily mount this unit to ladders, handrails, catwalks and other similar structures. The versatile EPLJH-70LED-1224I-100 bracket mounted LED work area light from Larson Electronics is weatherproof and comes with an adjustable aluminum ladder/scaffold mount that makes it ideal forÂ industrial applications, maintenance, cleaning and servicing duties. Suitable for large work areas and any locations designated as Class 1 or 2, Division 1 or 2 where ladders, scaffolding and other railings provide opportunities for mounting. This unit contains a 70 watt LED lamp and produces over 6,000 lumens of high quality illumination. The aluminum rail/ladder bracket can be adjusted from 26 inches to 43 inches to allow mounting to a wide variety of railings, scaffoldings or ladders, and includes an adjustable center pole that allows operators to raise the light 3 feet above the bracket.
The 70 watt LED lamp assembly in this unit produces higher quality illumination with better color rendering and contrasting than typical 400 watt halogen lamps while drawing only 70 watts at 5.84 amps. The LED lamp runs cooler than 400 watt halogen lamps, resulting in an easier and safer to handle unit and less heat in the workspace. The LED lamp in this unit produces a brilliant 40 degree flood pattern of light that is ideal for high vibration environments and general illumination in any confined space area (silo, tank or manhole). An included inline transformer steps down standard 110-277 VAC current to 12 Volts to provide a low voltage lighting solution for areas where low voltage operation is preferable.
These lights include 100 feet of SOOW cord terminating in an 1523 5-15p Class 1 Division 1 explosion proof straight blade plug. This light is highly durable and produces high light output in a wide flood pattern. The lamp is mounted to an aluminum bracket with adjustable J-hook bottom bracket that enables operators to securely mount the light to any ladder or scaffolding. Lamp adjustment is via an adjustable yolk that allows the operator to adjust the lamp through 90 degrees of vertical tilt and 360 degrees of pivot rotation. An adjustable center post allows users to elevate the lamp up to three feet to provide better work space coverage and move the lamp above their average line of sight for less glare.
Durability: This unit incorporates a 70 watt LED lamp assembly containing seven CREE XLamp MC-EÂ® ten watt LEDs producing 860 lumens each, and a copper-free cast aluminum housing with a thermoset powder coat finish. The shell, covers and sealed fittings are also made of copper-free aluminum. The lens is constructed of 3/4" thermal shock and impact resistant tempered glass and the housing contains threaded joints lubricated with non-drying lubricant. The LED lamp assembly has no filament and is thus highly resistant to damage from shocks or impacts, greatly reducing the chances of damage should the lamp be dropped or hit, unlike incandescent lamps which may break or shatter. The lamp is rated at 50,000+ hours of life, providing longer service life than typical halogen lamps.
