| The Larson Electronics EPS-2XPB-SG Explosion Proof Push Button Stop/Start Switch is Class 1, Division 1 & 2 and Class 2, Division 1 & 2 rated for Hazardous locations and UL 698 listed. This explosion proof switch provides manual starting and stopping of small AC and DC motors. The EPS-2XPB-SG Explosion Proof Stop/Start Push Button Switch is built to be heavy duty, and is rated for 10 amps at 250 Volts. The switch is enclosed in a cast aluminum device box, and the faceplate has smooth, double flanges that mate both to the cover and the mounting enclosure to provide flame tight joints. The screws consist of stainless steel hex head screws and attach the cover to the mounting enclosure. The EPS-2XPB-SG housing is made out of a malleable aluminum body with a cast copper free aluminum alloy cover, and is epoxy powder coated for a natural finish. This switch is in compliance with UL 698 and is rated for Class I Divisions 1 & 2 Groups C & D, Class I Zones 1 & 2 Groups IIA, Class II Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F & G, and Class III Divisions 1 & 2. |
