Rated at 24V DC, this unit features a lockable operating handle, red LED pilot light and a compact design. Operators can mount the 50-amp explosion proof disconnect switch on walls and surfaces using fixed lugs at the back of the enclosure. The EPS-DCSW-50A-24VDC-PL.R is a non-fused disconnect switch for flammable work sites. This unit is rated at 24V DC and features a handle for quick disconnection that is lockable to prevent tampering. Operators may access a red 24V LED pilot light, which activates when the breaker is tripped. A compact design ensures the 50-amp disconnect switch provides space-saving benefits. The explosion proof disconnect switch is constructed of copper-free aluminum, with 316 stainless steel cover bolts and a silicone O-ring gasket. With conduit entrances located at the top and bottom of the NEMA-rated enclosure, the unit is compatible with #14 - 2 AWG terminal lug sizes. This explosion proof disconnect is designed for Class I, Divisions 1 & 2; Class I, Zones 1 & 2; Class II, Divisions 1 & 2; and Class III combustible sites. The EPS-DCSW-50A-24VDC-PL.R can be securely mounted on walls or surfaces. Fixed lugs at the back of the explosion proof unit are available for mounting during installation.
