Made in the USA The EPSN-HRN-PA-ANC from Larson Electronics is a Modbus TCP/IP Capable Explosion Proof Horn that is constructed with an aluminum housing and fiberglass horn for durability and long life. This explosion proof horn/siren is weather and dust proof and rated for use in Class I Division 1 Groups C and D environments. This is a powerful alert and signal horn that offers multiple tones, remote operation capability, and multiple voltage options. The EPSN-HRN-PA-ANC explosion proof horn with Modbus TCP/IP capability provides operators in hazardous locations with an effective and powerful alert/signal system that can withstand demanding conditions and be heard over the operation of industrial machinery. Operators can setup remote access, controls, and configurations using the Modbus TCP/IP network controller (via a standard web browser). This unit includes 8 different tones which can reach peak output of 110dBA and can be remotely operated for priority alerts. The housing on this horn is constructed of heavy duty aluminum and the horn is formed fiberglass. The entire unit is finished in durable grey powder coat for resistance to corrosion, is weatherproof/dustproof, and NEMA4x and marine rated for wet environments. Wiring is through a 1/2" conduit access hub, and the unit can be ordered in 120-240VAC configuration for use with standard voltages or 24 VDC for low voltage use. Mounting is via an omni directional bracket which allows mounting to flat surfaces and vertical adjustment of the horn for secure placement and optimum sound direction.

Controls: Controls for the explosion proof horn is accessible using a web-based control panel. Compatible with HTTP, XML, or Modbus TCP/IP protocols, network configuration is accessible using web-based pages (no programming required). Operators can monitor or setup controls from a remote area using the internet or local IP network and any standard web browser. Functions and controls include: on/off, pulse and monitor. LED indicator lights on the device provide the real-time information about digital input voltage, relay coil, network status and network activity. Password protection for the setup page is available (10 characters maximum). Operators can mount the device on walls, surfaces or din rails for space-saving benefits.
