This fan-cooled unit features three-phase 460V AC (430-525V AC) input/output voltage comparability. Designed for steady speed error, fast torque rise and protection from resonance vibrations, the explosion proof device provides an output current of 25 amps and an operating frequency range of 0 to 400 Hz with 15 horsepower. The EXP-VFD-3P-460-15HP-25A-DCM-R1 offers accurate AC motor control in industrial facilities. This 11kw unit is compatible with three-phase input and three-phase output of 460V AC (430-525V), provides an output current of 25 amps and an operating frequency range of 0 to 400 Hz. This 15-HP device has a V/F control mode and sensorless vector control mode with an interior PID controlled, automatic energy save running to optimize the V/F curve, an automatic voltage regulator and automatic current limiting. Controls: This unit is equipped with: Start button to start the motor, stop button to stop the motor, (6) control buttons for menu operations to change VFD settings, 3 position HOA switch for selecting operation speed, and (1) potentiometer for controlling motor speeds. The EXP-VFD-3P-460-15HP-25A-DCM-R1 is designed for indoor applications and operating temperatures ranging between –10°C to +40°C. This unit is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 and Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 flammable facilities.
