| The Larson Electronics HAL-24-3L-BMSW Hazardous Location Fluorescent Pivoting Light is designed for reliable illumination in hazardous locations. Equipped with three 24-inch fluorescent lamps, this 72-watt fixture is compatible with universal 120V-277V AC, 50/60 Hz. The weatherproof unit is constructed of copper-free aluminum with a polycarbonate lens. The HAL-24-3L-BMSW fixture is a powerful fluorescent light that is designed for Class I, Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D hazardous areas. Equipped with three 24-inch tube-style lamps, this 72-watt fixture is T4A rated and operates on universal 120-277V AC, 50/60 Hz. When equipped with T5HO fluorescent lamps, the unit provides 6,000 lumens of output with a color temperature rating of 4100K. We also offer this hazardous location fixture with T8 or T12HO lamps. This hazardous location fixture is constructed of copper free aluminum alloy, with a powder coated finish for durability. The lamp reflector is corrosion resistant heavy-gauge aluminum and coated with a high-gloss reflective finish. NRTL Certified to UL 595 and UL 1598A Marine Type approved for use marine environments, the luminary is weatherproof and provides operators in hazardous locations with a highly efficient, reliable and affordable lighting solution for open areas where flammable chemicals and vapors may occasionally be present. |
| NOTE ON LAMPS: This fixture comes equipped with F24-T5HO 24-watt lamps producing 2,000 lumens per bulb, a 4100K color temperature rating and a 20,000+ hour rated service life. We offer F24-T12HO lamps @ 1,650 lumens per bulb, F17-T8 lamps @ 1,325 lumens per bulb and F24-T12-D-HO lamps @ 1,650 lumens per bulb as lamp options for this fixture. Mount: The HAL-24-3L-BMSW comes with a 1/2" or 3/4" NPT threaded hub for completing electrical connections. Mount: Each L bracket is cinched to the bracket mounting peg on each side of the light. The angle of the bracket is set by tightening two bolts on either side of the bracket. The bolts act as a set screw. The bracket itself is mounted via a single bolt hole at the top the bracket. There are two brackets. Once the brackets are mounted to a surface (ceiling, floor or wall), the light fixture can be pivoted by loosening the that hold the bracket to the mounting peg. This fixture allows 45 degrees of pivot from the 90 degree point. Suggested Applications: Paint spray booths, aircraft maintenance, oil drilling rigs, refineries, solvent and cleaning areas, gas processing plants, chemical manufacturing, waste water treatment plants, offshore applications and more. |
