Buy American Compliant The Larson Electronics HAL-7W-LED-V3-TRK is a low voltage hazardous area lighting solution approved for Class 1 Division 2 Environments and 1598 compliant for use in wet locations. This 6-watt LED light produces 587 lumens, operates from 12 or 24V DC, and is available in a variety of configurations to allow tailoring to the specific requirements of various applications. The LED fixture comes equipped with a male Turck connector on the back. The HAL-7W-LED-V3-TRK is designed to provide a high output and ruggedly durable lighting solution for applications where Class I, Division 2 compliance is required. This low voltage explosion proof light can be operated with either 12 or 24 volt DC current and includes 6 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord, which is terminated in a male turck connector. This 6-watt light is constructed of precision machined aluminum for excellent strength and durability and is rated IP66 for ingress protection against direct exposure to high pressure water spray. The HAL-7W-LED-V3-TRK is available in a 30 degree spotlight beam configuration for distance and a 120 degree configuration for wide area illumination, and a cool white color temperature for maximum illumination. The high output, cool running operation, and good color rendering properties of this light make it an ideal replacement for older, bulkier, and less reliable incandescent and halogen lamps.

Durability: The HAL-7W-LED-V3-TRK hazardous location LED light is constructed of machined aluminum for high strength and durability with a clear anodized finish for increased corrosion resistance. The housing is IP66 rated, providing protection against intrusion into the housing from oils and water directly sprayed on the housing at high pressure. This LED light is equipped with an impact resistant acrlyic lens for increased safety compared to glass lenses. This design is weather resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, and ideal for areas where wet conditions are commonly encountered. High Output LEDs: The LEDs in this unit are Cree X-Lamp XR-E units that have been chosen for their high lumen per watt ratio and extreme long life. These Cree LEDs provide over 90 lumens per watt output and have a 70% lumen retention at 100,000 hours, giving them better efficiency and operational life than comparable LEDs. These lights are equipped with high purity optics and available in a 30 degree spotlight configuration for long beam length or 120 degree flood configuration for wide area coverage. Utilizing an acrylic lens, this fixture produces a higher light output than similar fixtures equipped with thicker glass lenses. The HAL-7W-LED-V3-TRK has multiple color temperature options and is offered in 6500K cool white with a color rendering of 75, 4300K neutral white with a color rendering of 75, and 3500K warm white with a color rendering of 80. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.
