The Larson Electronics HAL-LED-174W hazardous area locations low profile high bay light fixture provides operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. LED technology and compact design makes this lamp an excellent replacement upgrade option for areas where mounting space is at a premium. This Class 1 Division 2 hazardous location light fixture provides 174 Watts of light output while drawing 1.45 amps at 120 volts. The aluminum alloy body is epoxy coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. This unit is specially designed for high durability and to efficiently dissipate heat for prolonged LED life and safer operation in hazardous locations. Light weight and a low profile make this unit an attractive alternative to larger and heavier older fixtures and requires less hardware to install.
This light is universal voltage and can be operated on 100-277 VAC, 50/60Hz without any need for a special ballast or wiring. The non sparking aluminum body and LED lamp design give this light excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. The housing is specially designed to dissipate heat, which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the LED luminaries. This hazardous location LED fixture is constructed of aluminum and all hardware is zinc plated steel for corrosion resistance and high durability. The LED assembly is protected by an impact resistant polycarbonate lens cover and the fixture housing is finished in an electrostatically applied expoxy paint coating for uniform protection. This hazardous area LED fixture is suitable for use in wet areas and marine outdoor applications. It is also rated for simultaneous exposure, meaning it is approved for locations that may present two distinct hazardous ratings. (Class I, Division 2)
