The IND-SS-48-2L-BL-UVC-SPF-V2 from Larson Electronics is a Stainless Steel UV-C Fluorescent Light Fixture that is designed as a UV sanitation light to kill 99% of viruses, bacteria, mold, and spores. This food-safe fixture uses a special ballast and shatterproof bulb with shatterproof/UV transmitting glass lens combination to produce ultraviolet light. The stainless steel housing of the IND-SS-48-2L-BL-UVC-SPF-V2 is approved for washdown environments and is resistant to chemicals.

The IND-SS-48-2L-BL-UVC-SPF-V2 fixture is a 4 foot long, 2 lamp, stainless steel UV-C fluorescent light that emits UV-C light with a wavelength of 254nm for germicidal and sanitation purposes. The 72-watt lamps are protected by an aluminum frame, hinged door secured with four turn latches, and the fixture is constructed of copper-free aluminum alloy. The lamp reflector is made out of corrosion resistant heavy gauge aluminum and coated with a high gloss reflective finish. Highly resistant to chemicals, the fixture is drip proof when facing downwards.
A durable FEP coating makes the bulb shatter resistant and provides protection from impacts. Should the bulb break during an emergency, the internal contents and glass will remain trapped inside the unit. The UV light is also protected by a shatterproof UV transmitting glass lens for food safe applications. Approved for washdown environments, these coatings add an extra layer of safety for workers and customers alike.
This fixture, like our other UV lights, operates on 120V AC only. The IND-SS-48-2L-BL-UVC-SPF-V2 provides operators with a reliable and durable UV-C sanitation lighting solution for open areas.
