The Larson Electronics LED10W-22R-F LED Light Bar offers high light output from a light weight/low profile, durable and water tight fixture. This IP67 rated LED light bar is designed with low profile hinge mounts that allow 270 degrees of angle adjustment and produces 19,800 lumens of LED light while drawing only 18.6 amps on 12 volts. This light can run on any voltage from 9 to 48 volts and provides a durable and powerful lighting solution ideal for use in marine environments as well as industrial and commercial applications such as machine vision system lighting, security illumination,vehicle lighting and applications where a slim form factor yet high intensity light production is required.

The LED10W-22R-F LED light bar from Larson Electronics produces a 19,800 lumens of bright light while drawing only 220 watts @18.4amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Twenty-two Seoul P7, 10 watt LEDs producing a maximum of 900 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with 35 degree optics to produce a well spread floodlight beam making this unit ideal for use as a work or general area light fixture. We also offer optional spotlight versions with 10 degree optics to produce a much tighter and farther reaching light beam with limited spread or light spillage. These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to 1 meter, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and constructed to withstand the demanding conditions found in marine environments. Â
Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Seoul P7 10 watt LEDs. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours.
Voltage Control: These units contain an internal voltage regulator which allows them to adjust input current to provide the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels from 9 to 50 VDC. These LED10W series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 50VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and standalone applications such as those found on boats, vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical.

Durability: The LED10W series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand demanding environmental and operating conditions. These LED lights are designed for low profile mounting options, allowing them to be used in spaces where room is at a premium. They offer extruded aluminum housings and polycarbonate lenses that provide good durability yet are slimmer and lighter than extreme duty LEDLB series lights. These units can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to 1 meter and are sealed against the ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The Seoul P7 10 LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these unit’s 8.6G rating of vibration tolerance.
Mounting: These LED light bars incorporate a hinge style mounting bracket design that provides 180 degrees of angle adjustment and allows the operator to attach one portion of the hinge bracket to the mounting surface first. The operator can then set the desired angle and attach the upper portion of the hinge style mount to the light. The operator then adjusts and tightens the hinge bolt to lock the light bar into position once the desired angle is set.
Note: Most Larson Electronics LEDLB, LEDP3W, LEDP10W, and LED10W series LED spotlights and floodlights are terminated with a Deutsch IPD / LADD DT04-2P connector. The mating connector plug is DT06-2S. Most LEDLB and LED10W series lights ship with mating connector as part of a harness or pigtail, depending on the model. Some larger LED lights like the LEDLB-160X2 or LEDLB-200X2 or multiple function LED lights (i.e. high/low beam, modulating, IR/Visible combos) will have different Deutsch connectors.
On this particular unit there is a one foot pigtail attached to the LED light terminating in a 2 pin Deutsch plug. A wiring harness attaches to the Deutsch socket on the back of the LED light. The harness is terminated in a 2 pin Deutsch plug and includes 20 feet of cable, a relay and a toggle switch that will operate on 12 or 24 volts. The wiring harness is not necessary to installation. Operators can use existing wiring and switches, assuming they are rated for the amperage listed below.

Return & Refund Policy
For All non-Larson Products If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us by emailing or call 1-844-787-LITE within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 25% restocking fee. PuriLite inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and restocking fee, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. PuriLite reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the order date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise.
Once you place an order, the following products are non-returnable: custom-cut, customer built or special order items (such as matting, slings, cranes, prefab offices, buildings, mezzanines, assembled lockers and regularly stocked items such as generators, pressure washers, water and trash pumps, snow throwers, radio headsets, striping paint, line stripers, floor care machines, vacuums, custom fabric chairs, forklifts) your order is considered non-cancellable and any custom-cut, customer built or special order items purchased by you are also non-returnable. Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable. There are no returns on any medical and/or sanitizing products for obvious safety reasons. This includes PPE (including masks), tests, thermometers, sprayers and UVC lighting of any kind (portable and surface).
Leased and hazardous items are also non-returnable. Contact customer service for a complete list of applicable products.
Larson product return policy Every order is tested prior to shipping. The product is tested before it is put into the shipping box, crate, pallet, etc. Larson take pictures and videos of every product for every order being shipped, and store these pictures and videos with the order number in our system. Because of the complexity of some of our products, we have a very limited return policy.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any hazardous location, explosion proof or intrinsically safe products. Once these products leave the factory, we cannot be sure what happens to them. We must re-build and re-certify the units to specification to ensure that the next customer receives an item that is safe to use. This is cost prohibitive. For that reason, we do not accept returns on classified products. We do not accept returns on transformers, phase converters, or frequency converters. In order to install one of the aforementioned products, typically customers will modify the product (i.e. penetrate the housing to make connections, punch out knockouts, remove or damage tinning on lead wires during installation). Because we video test every unit before it ships to ensure the unit operates as described, we know when they leave here the units are operationally functional and meet the output voltage when supplied with the input voltage per the product specification. To be clear, we do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances for these reasons.
Products that are not addressed in the above two conditions must be returned in new, unused condition.
Below are some additional considerations:
Electrical/electronic parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing. Because electronics are very sensitive to voltage overloads, it does not take much of a voltage spike to ruin a component. Because of this risk, all electrical products returned will undergo electrical testing and assessed a testing fee. This fee will be subtracted from the final return value.
Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable.
Products that contain emergency backup components are subject to very narrow warranty terms and do not qualify for return. For customer convenience, we engage the battery pack prior to shipping all emergency backup products. Many times, particularly with hazardous location rated products, the battery packs are difficult to access and the customer generally plans to install the units shortly after receipt of the shipment. Battery backup components using older technologies (Nicad, NIMH, SLA, etc) will fail quickly if they do not maintain valid grid tie support. In other words, the batteries must receive a consistent maintained charge to perpetuate long lifespans. Battery backup products that are shelved (not installed) for periods greater than 3 weeks will likely fail and need replacement sooner. This replacement will not be covered under warranty. This can also occur is the units are installed but the grid tie option is not connected correctly. Customers can specify that they do not want the battery pack to be engaged at the time of ordering if they plan to shelve the units for long periods of time prior to installation.
There are many products on the site and not all pictures depict the exact configuration of each product. Many products are custom built and/or built on demand. In some cases, products are designed and not sold immediately and rendering may be used. In all cases, the end product is built to the specification listed and the pictures shown may be close approximations. Pictures are more likely to be close approximations with more complex products, including transformers, power distribution systems, control systems, light tower systems and other highly customizable products. In no way does the approximation validate a potential return. We always build to the specification. If customers have questions, they should ask prior to purchase to clarify.

Many international orders, specialty orders and other complex build orders require prepayment in advance. This prepayment represents a commitment to the order. Cancelling the order will result in a deduction from the original amount paid if any refund is available, since an investment of time and money is typically required to acquire materials and prepare the order. While not all orders in this category require prepayment, cancellation fees may apply to other build orders as well. The percentage of the deduction is at Larson’s discretion but usually ranges from 30 to 50%.
How to Return For all returns, you can email us at sales@purilite.ca. You will need the invoice number in the subject line of the email. You can use one of your preferred carriers. Please note that for freight collect shipments, you are responsible for order tracking once the freight is loaded onto the truck. In addition, PuriLite Industrial cannot assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.
All returns must be authorized by PuriLite. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from PuriLite Customer Service Department, and the client must provide the Invoice number at the time of the request. The following conditions must be met. Failure to do so could result in refusal of a shipment by us.
At the time of the return, goods must be a stock item with PuriLite and the returned quantity must correspond to the quantity of the original packaging
Approval and shipping destination must be obtained from PuriLite before returning goods;
Goods must be returned to the appropriate location within 10 working days after receiving the return authorization number;
The return authorization number and invoice number must be identified on the return address label;
Goods must be in their original packaging, arrive undamaged and in resalable form
All returns are to be sent prepaid;
Specially ordered goods are non returnable – these products are identified with a part number beginning with a // on quotes and invoices.
Goods damaged in transit must be signed as damaged by the receiver and carrier at the time of receipt of goods in order to request credit from PuriLite.
PuriLite reserves the right to deny any Returns or Claims if the above conditions are not met.
Orders for products affected by x-factor events such as viral outbreaks and other extreme circumstances CANNOT be returned once shipped and billed.
