Buy American Compliant The Larson Electronics LED10W-4R-VIR-2P LED Light Emitter offers high infrared and visible light output while providing extreme durability for demanding operating conditions. This IP68 rated infrared LED light bar provides operators with durable construction and produces a combination of visible and infrared light. 750Nm and 850Nm versions have a very slight red glow around the LED emitters when veiwed from a certain angle while 940Nm versions are completely invisible to the naked eye. This light can run on any voltage from 9 to 48 volts and provides an extremely rugged infrared lighting solution that is ideal for use in commercial and industrial security applications as well as military environments. This compact, high powered LED emitter light produces 2 distinct light output types.  The top two LEDs are based on 10 watt LED packages, producing 1600 lumens and projecting a bright, white beam 300 feet long and 50 feet wide. The bottom two LEDs are based on a 3 watt IR packages, which are available in 750nm, 850nm or 940nm. The range of the IR lighting, with appropriate night vision equipment will exceed 1000 feet. The total wattage draw of the entire light fixture is 26 watts (20W visible and 6W IR).  This square LED light fixture produces 1600 Lumens (150 watt halogen equivalent) of visible light and 6 watts of infrared light, while drawing just over 2 amps due to advanced electronic drivers which are also responsible for their 50,000 hour life span and variable 9-48 Volt DC input. This LED light emitter can be configured to 3 different beam configurations: spot, flood or a combination of spot/flood. For the spot/flood combination, the two LEDs on the left produce a spot beam, and the two on the right produce a flood beam.

Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED boat lights utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Seoul Z-Power LEDs. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels ranging from 9 to 50 VDC. These LED10W series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 50 VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical.

Durability: The LED10W-4R-VIR-2P LED light from Larson Electronics offers IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand tough environmental and operating conditions. These units can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from die cast aluminum, the hardware is stainless steel and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. This light emitter offers acceptional LED resistance to shocks and vibrations, contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance, making it ideal for use in industrial and commercial settings as well as on vehicles and watercraft. Mounting: These LED lights feature a smaller profile and lighter weight than our LEDLB-E series lights, making them ideal for use in locations where traditional lights cannot fit or would block other mounted equipment. The LED10W-4R-VIR-2P is suspended within a form fitting trunnion (yolk-type) mount. This trunnion mount has two knurled knobs that can be loosened, allowing the LED light to be adjusted and then retightened to lock the light into any desired position once mounted. A single stainless steel stud protrudes from the bottom of the mount, enabling the operator to install the light using a simple through-hole mount, allowing the unit to be  installed anywhere a 1/2-inch hole can be drilled.
