Each LEDEQ-3X3-CPR produces 2,975 lumens, each IL-LED-DLR-4X6 produces 2,600 lumens and each IL-LED-27R produces 2,160 lumens of high-intensity LED light output with low voltage and amp draw, a 50,000 hour rated service life and 9 to 42 volt compatibility that provides operators with a versatile and powerful LED tractor lighting solution.
This LED light bar is capable of emitting up to 2,975 lumens during operation. The 45-watt fixture features 9V-64V DC input voltages and an electric current of 2.8 A. During output, the luminary shines a brilliant white light with a color temperature rating of 6,000-6,500K. The fixture is capable of withstanding rough treatment and immersions up to 3.3 feet (IP67 with air-breather design).
The LEDEQ-3X3-CPR light`s housing is made up of aluminum, while the lens is constructed of polucarbonate. This unit complies with CE, ROHS and E4 standards. It is IP67 certified, which provides complete protecion from dust and water immersions up to 3.3 feet. This lamp uses Cree LED units that have been chosen for their high lumen per watt ratio, effective lumen output and supports 70 percent lumen retention at 50,000 hours, giving them better efficiency and operational life than traditional light sources.

The IL-LED-DLR-4X6 from Larson Electronics is an LED, 4x6 automotive headlight that is a suitable replacement for lighting systems in trucks, cars, tractors and industrial equipment with 4"x6" sealed beam installation holes. This low voltage, 45-watt luminary comes with low and high beam settings and emits a bright white light with a color temperature rating of 6000K. A clear, polycarbonate lens reinforces the exterior of the lamp, allowing it to withstand light impacts.
The IL-LED-DLR-4X6 is a suitable replacement for a wide range of automotive lighting systems. This 45-watt LED lamp operates on 10-30V DC, including 12V DC and 24V DC. When in use, the luminary emits 1,800 lumens (low beam) and 2,600 lumens (high beam). A total of nine LEDs can be found inside the unit. The luminary is constructed of die-cast aluminum and features a polycarbonate lens with IP67 waterproof protection. The back of the IL-LED-DLR-4X6 supports a breathable design for robust air flow. This component prevents the lamp from fogging up in harsh environments. A chrome reflector ensures maximum illumination in dark and hazy conditions.

The IL-LED-27R LED light bar from Larson Electronics produces 2160 lumens of bright light while drawing only 27 watts @2.2 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Nine high output three watt LEDs producing 240 lumens each are arranged in a circle and paired with high purity optics to produce a wide 30 degree flood beam. These LED light bars are IP67 waterproof, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications.
Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units contain advanced drivers which use pulse width modulation to control heat buildup rather than simple voltage regulators which are typically harsh on sensitive electronics and can contribute to early LED failure. These units automatically sense the temperature of each LED and adjust the energy frequency or "duty cycle" accordingly to maintain heat levels within acceptable ranges. This system in essence flashes current at an extremely fast on and off rate to each LED based upon the LED’s core temperature. This flash rate is too fast to detect with the human eye, but provides precise control of the current flowing to each LED and thus the heat it generates. This allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 100% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. The LEDs are always driven at the same voltage but the duty cycle, however, is changed to alter how long the LEDs are actually on or off.
As well as unparalleled heat control, the IL-LED-27R LED light bar from Larson Electronics also offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded diecast aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. We recommend these LED lights for high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. They are also applicable to environments where equipment is used in one temperature extreme and stored in another temperature extreme.

Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.
LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.
