The Larson Electronics LM-20-3S-6XATM-TLR4-V1 Portable Communication Tower is a cell on wheels that provides a quick way for operators to deploy equipment for mobile communication operations. This unit features a heavy-duty mast that can be elevated to 20 feet and a six-mount antenna top at the head of the tower. The entire assembly is mounted onto a 4' x 4' single-axle trailer, allowing operators to transport this unit (folded over, over-hanging off the back of the trailer) from location to location.

The LM-20-3S-6XATM-TLR4-V1 is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy mobile communication systems in temporary locations and remote sites. The tower can be extended to 20` above the trailer floor for maximum area coverage, and collapsed to 9` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 4" by 4" by 1/8" thick, middle section 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick, and an upper section 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has 1` foot of overlap.
This cell on wheels comes with a six-mount antenna top at the head of the tower, with each post measuring 30" long and 2" OD. Operators may use the trailer to store communication devices and other supporting equipment, such as cables, electronics, amplifiers, monitoring systems, cameras, handheld tools, lights and more. During storage and/or transportation, the mast can be folded over, over-hanging off the back of the trailer.
The LM series of towers are powder coated with glossy blue finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics (galvanized options are available). This portable communication tower is mounted to a 4' x 4' single-axle trailer via six 1/2" anchor bolts. The two-wheel trailer is equipped with torsion axle stubs (3,500 lbs total capacity) and leaf springs with 15" trailer tires. The trailer can support and haul an additional 1,000 lbs of equipment. A standard 2" ball coupling, two standard safety chains, and 4-pin flat trailer plug allow for easy hookup and towing.
The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 1,000 lbs hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. The jacks can be leveled by hand crank or attachment provided for power drills. These outriggers can be extended 4` out from the side of the trailer for added stability. When lowered to 9`, the mast can withstand sustained winds up to 55 mph. Custom builds can be provided for higher wind speed resistance when fully raised.
