Mobile 28V DC Aircraft Group Power Cart converts three-phase 208-575V AC to 24-32V DC (28.5V DC continuous @ 400A). This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 208-575V AC power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power.

Portable Power Distribution Purpose and Use

portable power distribution system gives operators the ability to power their 28.5V DC equipment from a single system. On the primary side, operators connect three-phase 208-575V AC line-in power via 50' of AC input cable and to one 15-amp receptacle for 115V equipment (protected by a weatherproof cover). This includes commonly found 208V, 240V, and 480V 3-phase input power. On the secondary side, operators are provided 28V DC output (24-32V DC adjustable) via a 20' aircraft cable with a molded AN2551 3-pin oval aircraft plug.
Operation: A 50' AC input cable brings three-phase 208-575V AC @ 50/60Hz power to the primary side of the mobile power distribution cart, which is protected by an AC line disconnect with an industrial-grade circuit breaker and through door actuator as well as lockout and tagout features. The primary side contains one 15-amp 115V receptacle for powering or testing equipment. The thermal protected transformer converts three-phase 208-575V AC to 24-32V DC (28.5V DC continuous @ 400A) and passes the current to the secondary side. DC output power is provided by a 20' aircraft cable with a molded AN2551 3-pin oval aircraft plug. Output current limit is adjustable from 0A to 1200A, with 1% output regulation/ripple (designed to meet MIL-STD-704E for aircraft power).
Smart Current Limit allows operators to set a current limit via a push button and dial knob lock. A DC on/off switch facilitates safe connection/disconnection on the output side.
Protective Construction: The mobile AC-to-DC power distribution unit is protected by an IP54-rated enclosure with a baked powder coated finish for durability and use in indoor/outdoor locations. Four, 9" non-marking wheels with foot brakes enable mobility at the work site. The wheels are weatherproof and resistant to chemicals, water, steam and debris. A cable wrap/handle bar is available on both side of the station.
Applications: This power distribution system is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, aircraft maintenance, aircraft projects, aerospace, military, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, shows, exhibits and shipyard operations. These power distribution systems are popularly used in applications where external power sources are often necessary. We also offer class rated transformers for use within explosion proof and hazardous location environments.

Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy
For All non-Larson Products If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us by emailing or call 1-844-787-LITE within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 25% restocking fee. PuriLite inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and restocking fee, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. PuriLite reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the order date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise.
Once you place an order, the following products are non-returnable: custom-cut, customer built or special order items (such as matting, slings, cranes, prefab offices, buildings, mezzanines, assembled lockers and regularly stocked items such as generators, pressure washers, water and trash pumps, snow throwers, radio headsets, striping paint, line stripers, floor care machines, vacuums, custom fabric chairs, forklifts) your order is considered non-cancellable and any custom-cut, customer built or special order items purchased by you are also non-returnable. Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable. There are no returns on any medical and/or sanitizing products for obvious safety reasons. This includes PPE (including masks), tests, thermometers, sprayers and UVC lighting of any kind (portable and surface).
Leased and hazardous items are also non-returnable. Contact customer service for a complete list of applicable products.
Larson product return policy Every order is tested prior to shipping. The product is tested before it is put into the shipping box, crate, pallet, etc. Larson take pictures and videos of every product for every order being shipped, and store these pictures and videos with the order number in our system. Because of the complexity of some of our products, we have a very limited return policy.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any hazardous location, explosion proof or intrinsically safe products. Once these products leave the factory, we cannot be sure what happens to them. We must re-build and re-certify the units to specification to ensure that the next customer receives an item that is safe to use. This is cost prohibitive. For that reason, we do not accept returns on classified products. We do not accept returns on transformers, phase converters, or frequency converters. In order to install one of the aforementioned products, typically customers will modify the product (i.e. penetrate the housing to make connections, punch out knockouts, remove or damage tinning on lead wires during installation). Because we video test every unit before it ships to ensure the unit operates as described, we know when they leave here the units are operationally functional and meet the output voltage when supplied with the input voltage per the product specification. To be clear, we do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances for these reasons.
Products that are not addressed in the above two conditions must be returned in new, unused condition.
Below are some additional considerations:
Electrical/electronic parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing. Because electronics are very sensitive to voltage overloads, it does not take much of a voltage spike to ruin a component. Because of this risk, all electrical products returned will undergo electrical testing and assessed a testing fee. This fee will be subtracted from the final return value.
Consumable style bulbs or lamps are not returnable.
Products that contain emergency backup components are subject to very narrow warranty terms and do not qualify for return. For customer convenience, we engage the battery pack prior to shipping all emergency backup products. Many times, particularly with hazardous location rated products, the battery packs are difficult to access and the customer generally plans to install the units shortly after receipt of the shipment. Battery backup components using older technologies (Nicad, NIMH, SLA, etc) will fail quickly if they do not maintain valid grid tie support. In other words, the batteries must receive a consistent maintained charge to perpetuate long lifespans. Battery backup products that are shelved (not installed) for periods greater than 3 weeks will likely fail and need replacement sooner. This replacement will not be covered under warranty. This can also occur is the units are installed but the grid tie option is not connected correctly. Customers can specify that they do not want the battery pack to be engaged at the time of ordering if they plan to shelve the units for long periods of time prior to installation.
There are many products on the site and not all pictures depict the exact configuration of each product. Many products are custom built and/or built on demand. In some cases, products are designed and not sold immediately and rendering may be used. In all cases, the end product is built to the specification listed and the pictures shown may be close approximations. Pictures are more likely to be close approximations with more complex products, including transformers, power distribution systems, control systems, light tower systems and other highly customizable products. In no way does the approximation validate a potential return. We always build to the specification. If customers have questions, they should ask prior to purchase to clarify.

Many international orders, specialty orders and other complex build orders require prepayment in advance. This prepayment represents a commitment to the order. Cancelling the order will result in a deduction from the original amount paid if any refund is available, since an investment of time and money is typically required to acquire materials and prepare the order. While not all orders in this category require prepayment, cancellation fees may apply to other build orders as well. The percentage of the deduction is at Larson’s discretion but usually ranges from 30 to 50%.
How to Return For all returns, you can email us at sales@purilite.ca. You will need the invoice number in the subject line of the email. You can use one of your preferred carriers. Please note that for freight collect shipments, you are responsible for order tracking once the freight is loaded onto the truck. In addition, PuriLite Industrial cannot assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.
All returns must be authorized by PuriLite. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from PuriLite Customer Service Department, and the client must provide the Invoice number at the time of the request. The following conditions must be met. Failure to do so could result in refusal of a shipment by us.
At the time of the return, goods must be a stock item with PuriLite and the returned quantity must correspond to the quantity of the original packaging
Approval and shipping destination must be obtained from PuriLite before returning goods;
Goods must be returned to the appropriate location within 10 working days after receiving the return authorization number;
The return authorization number and invoice number must be identified on the return address label;
Goods must be in their original packaging, arrive undamaged and in resalable form
All returns are to be sent prepaid;
Specially ordered goods are non returnable – these products are identified with a part number beginning with a // on quotes and invoices.
Goods damaged in transit must be signed as damaged by the receiver and carrier at the time of receipt of goods in order to request credit from PuriLite.
PuriLite reserves the right to deny any Returns or Claims if the above conditions are not met.
Orders for products affected by x-factor events such as viral outbreaks and other extreme circumstances CANNOT be returned once shipped and billed.
