| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics PLM-30-RAC-4X300W-LED 30` pneumatic light mast with air compressor provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy the equipped with four high output LED light fixtures to elevations of up to thirty feet. The four 300 watt LED light fixtures produce approximately 29,580 lumens each. This light tower collapses to 8.25`, extends to 30`, and comes complete with a 120V air compressor, regulator, and a removable mast head for storing mounted light heads when not in use. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* Larson Electronics’ PLM-30-RAC-4X300W-LED pneumatic aluminum light tower allows operators to quickly and safely deploy 1200 watts of high intensity LED lighting in locations where elevated illumination is needed for maximum area coverage. This telescoping five stage aluminum light mast from Larson Electronics’ is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy 118,320 lumens in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 30` for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 30` for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 8.25` for applications where a smaller footprint is required. The tower is constructed of aluminum tubing with internal wiring. The mast is elevated using an included air compressor equipped with air pressure regulator. For extended deployments, the air compressor must be powered on. The equipped air regulator will ensure a constant 35 PSI is delivered to the mast. When the mast loses pressure, the air compressor will kick on and top the mast off, keeping it in the fully extended position. The mast is lowered by the manually turning the release valve at the base of the mast to exhaust the internal cylinders. |
| Included with this light tower are four of our wet area suitable LEDP5W-60-1227 LED fixtures producing a combined total of approximately 118,320 lumens at only 1200 watts. Each fixture produces 29,580 lumens of high intensity light while drawing only 300 watts @2.5 amps from a 120 volt electrical system. Sixty CREE XLamp XPG® five watt LEDs producing 493 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with high purity optics to produce a well focused 25 degree beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination while still covering a substantial amount of area. We also offer optional floodlight versions with a 60 degree beam spread to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights. These LED lights are waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt, and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding mining environments, conditions and applications. The PLM series of towers are powder coated with an industrial finish for corrosion resistances and aesthetics. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 15" by 13" by 1/4" thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept six 1/2" anchor bolts. A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the equipped LED light fixtures. When lowered to 14`, the mast can withstand winds up to 80 mph. This light tower weighs approximately 275 lbs and can easily support and lift 150 lbs fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 16.5` long, 4` wide, 5` tall and weighs approximately 500 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer’s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates.
