Buy American Compliant The PML-90LED-SW from Larson Electronics is a 90 Watt LED Spotlight that produces 8,100 lumens of intense bright light and offers the versatility of 9-50V DC operation from a compact spotlight profile. This permanent mount LED spotlight is equipped with a rugged polycarbonate control handle and tension hinges that allow the unit to be easily adjusted and set into position and produces a powerful light beam reaching over 2100 feet in length. This 90 watt LED spotlight contains 9, 10-Watt LEDs producing 8,100 lumens of bright white light while drawing only 7.5 Amps on 12 Volts. The light beam from this unit in spot configuration is approximately 2100` long by 140` in width while an optional flood configuration covers an area approximately 1,200 feet long by 450 feet wide. This unit is IP68 rate waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against ingress of dust and dirt and ideal for use in industrial, commercial and private applications. The 4 inch square mounting base has 4 corner bolt holes to keep the spotlight secured to the mounting surface under extreme vibration and off-road conditions. Tension hinges incorporated into the mounting assembly allow the light to hold its position once adjusted without the need to set or lock any hardware before releasing the adjusting handle. The operator simply adjusts the unit to the desired position and releases it to set the unit into position. This unit includes a heavy duty switch mounted on the light housing for on/off operations.

No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Durability:This series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offers IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand demanding environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand frigid temperatures, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housing on this unit is formed from cast aluminum, the control handle is solid polycarbonate and the lens is unbreakable polycarbonate. The Seoul Z-Power LEDs offer excellent resistance to shocks and vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours of use. Mounting: This light has a 4 inch square steel mounting plate that is secured to the mounting surface via 4 screws. The mounting assembly on this unit allows the unit to be rotated and adjusted vertically. The adjusting hinges on this light are tensioned, allowing the user to simply position the light as desired without any need for locking the unit into place. Once positioned, the light will hold its position until the user again repositions it.

Power: This light can be operated on low voltage 9-50 volt DC current and includes a cigarette plug. The light assembly can be directly to any 9-50V DC power source simply by connecting the unit to the 9-50VDC volt power supply. These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range and as a result can operate on current ranging from 9 to 50VDC without any modifications necessary.

Wiring: Each light comes with a detachable 16 foot coil cord with cigarette plug. The cord is detached via a weatherproof, 2 pin Deutsch connector which easily and securely attaches and detaches the coil cord from the spotlight. Other cords, including 21 foot cords with ring terminals (C-21RT), 16 foot cord with spring battery clamps (alligator clips) (C-16BC) and a 16 foot straight cord with cigarette plug (C-16CP) are available. This light can be ordered in either 12 volt or 24 volt configuration, allowing it to be used with any vehicle or ATV equipped with a cigarette plug. Choose voltage below when ordering.
