Made in the USA The Larson Electronics SPLEDXL-12V-500AH-8.2-150C Pole Mount Solar Panel is an ideal power solution for remote areas and standalone applications where connection to external power is either impractical or unavailable. This 265W solar panel includes 150 feet of 8/2 SOOW cord for power output to connect to any 12V DC device, and will power up to a 20W device for 24/7 operation. Higher wattage devices may be run for shorter time periods. This solar panel is powered by two 250AH 12V batteries that are recharged by the 265 watt solar panel during sunlight and operates on a 12 voltage system. The solar panel will operate two-three full days without sunlight on a single charge. The sealed battery pack is contained within the solar panel in a NEMA 3R enclosure. As with all solar powered equipment, charging time is affected by the amount of available ambient light. When ambient light levels drop below a certain level, such as on cloudy days, the unit will not recharge. Mounting options include the ability to attach the fixture to flat surfaces such as walls or round/square pole mounting such as on flagpoles or structure supports. The included 15` 18/2 SOOW cord that runs between the solar panel and the light offers operators convenience and flexibility during the mounting process. Suggested uses for this solar panel include both commercial and industrial applications as well as consumer based installations. This panel is ideal for boat docks, remote locations that rely on batteries for power, hunting cabins, parking areas, and anywhere a standalone power solution is needed.
