The WAL-MLS-20-12-2X500LTL-LED-E2E 1000 Watt LED Three Stage Daisy Chain Light Tower on Non-Towable Wheeled Cart with Skid Pockets from Larson Electronics is an ideal solution for operators who need a fully portable, self contained, easy to operate light system capable of illuminating large areas. Adjustable from 12 to 20 feet in height above the cart deck and equipped with two 500 watt LED lamps, this unit will provide over 135,000 lumens of quality illumination. This portable light tower is mounted on a cart with plenty of room for a genset, toolbox or other equipment and gear and comes equipped with 100` of 12/3 SOOW chemical and abrasion resistant cord terminated in a choice of cord caps.

The WAL-MLS-20-12-2X500LTL-LED-E2E light tower is a portable end to end lighting system designed for high mobility while providing enough light output to effectively illuminate approximately 2 acres of area. Equipped with two 500 watt high output LED lamps, this LED light tower provides operators with an easily deployed lighting system that can provide large scale illumination. This crank-up style light mast allows operators to extend the light mast from 12` to 20` above the deck of the pull around cart, elevating the light heads to heights up to 20` above ground level. This light tower provides operators with an easily deployed lighting system that can provide large scale illumination to a work site or job area. Further adding to the versatility of this LED light tower system is its ability to have multiple units be connected end to end in daisy chain fashion. This gives operators the ability to easily illuminate work areas that are too large for a single unit to cover. The daisy chain connection also increases the convenience of deploying these light towers in the work area with fewer cords and power source requirements. Up to two units can be connected on a 120V circuit, and four units on a 240V circuit.
This telescoping three stage steel light mast from Larson Electronics is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting, cameras, and other electrical equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 20 feet for effective coverage. This light boom can be extended to 20 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 12 feet for applications where a footprint smaller is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter, a middle section 8 feet in length and 3.5 inches in diameter, and an upper section 6 feet and 3 inches in diameter. Each section has 2` of overlap. The mast is elevated using an included 1,000 lbs. hand winch with 3/16 inch cable. Integrated skid pockets allow this light tower to be easily lifted and transported with common construction site equipment when necessary. In other circumstances, the WAL-MLS-20-12-2X500LTL-LED-E2E can also be easily hand moved by a single operator.
This portable flood lighting system is comprised of two adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a telescoping light tower mounted to a wheeled cart base. The cart base has enough space on the deck for a genset, toolbox or other gear. This adjustable and collapsible tower can be extended to thirty feet, collapsed to nine feet, and includes four wheels allow the operator simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the center support, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamp can be easily adjusted vertically and locked into position.
The WAL-MLS-20-12-2X500LTL-LED-E2E light tower features an extendable tower assembly that can be adjusted from 12 to 20 feet in height for maximum coverage. A single hand crank allows operators to easily raise or lower the tower as needed, and a removable lamp mounting platform allows removal of the lamp assembly for easier transport and storage. The tower is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability, and a tough powder coat finish provides protection against rust and corrosion. The base of the tower is fitted with two solid wheels to allow easy positioning; the operator can simply tilt the unit back and roll it into the desired location as needed.
Lights: Included with this light tower are two of our wet area suitable LED fixtures producing approximately 67,500 lumens each, for a combined total of 135,000 lumens at 1,000 watts.

Fourty-Eight CREEÂ® high output LEDs producing 1,406 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with PMMA high purity optics to produce a well focused 24Â° wide spot beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination while still covering a substantial amount of area. We also offer optional optics with 10Â° spot, 38Â° narrow flood, 60Â° flood, and 90Â° wide flood beam spreads. The spot beams are tightly focused and are designed for high elevation mounting to achieve distance, making spot versions ideal for high mast and spots lighting. The flood beams are designed to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights.

LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life.
LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.
Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. These LED units feature individual heat sinks per bank of six LEDs to control heat buildup rather than utilizing a single housing to dissipate heat. This allows for more thorough cooling of the LEDs for extended operating periods. This allows the LEDs to be driven at up to 90% capacity without overheating or visible loss of light output. The end result is more light with less heat and longer LED life with an average 70% lumen maintenance after 80,000 hours.
Durability: As well as unparalleled heat control, the GAU-LTL-500W-LED series of LED lights from Larson Electronics also offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40Â° Celsius to +80Â° Celsius, are waterproof, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from die cast aluminum and the optics are high transmission PMMA with 98% light transmittance. The CREEÂ® LEDs help these units achieve resistance to vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 80,000 hours of use.
