This portable LED light tower has a four adjustable LED light heads mounted on top of a four leg heavy duty aluminum quadpod equipped with wheels for easy positioning of the unit from one area of the workspace to another. The LED light heads on this unit produce a wide flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating large workspaces and job sites. This light is designed for heavy duty use in demanding conditions, including emergency services, mining, construction, marine, and industrial operations where durability and reliability is critical.

This portable telescoping light tower is comprised of four 12 Watt adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a four leg quadpod fabricated from heavy duty aluminum. This adjustable and collapsible quadpod pod can be extended to twelve feet and collapsed to seven feet, and includes solid wheels to allow the operator to tilt the unit back and simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the center support while the legs can be collapsed, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamps can be easily adjusted vertically and locked into position allowing for 360 degrees of rotation and 270 degrees of tilt. The WAL-QP-4X12ET-25-1227 work tower features 4 LED lights on either side of a T-mount head. All four lamps can be configured to a 35° flood beam for larger work areas, or a 10° spot beam for more narrow and pin pointed lighting. This work area light tower is also available in as a flood/spot combination fixture for both distance and area illumination. Each light can be independently rotated 360 by loosening the trunnion mount, rotating the light to the desired position, and righting the bold. A 270° tilt is available to each lamp by adjusting the thumb bolts located on either side of the lamp and then re-tightening them to lock the angle in place. Quadpod: This heavy duty aluminum stainless steal quadpod is durable, lightweight and adjustable to any length between seven feet and 12 feet. A single mounting bracket holds the LED lights and allows each light to be adjusted and aimed independently of the other. This adjustability allows users to expand the area covered or to focus more intense coverage on a smaller area. The quadpod legs can be collapsed and the light head bracket removed with the lights still on it for simple portability and deployment. LED Light Bars: The four LED lights on this portable work tower each produce a wide light beam with 2,160 lumens of bright white light. Each lamp contains twelve CREE XLamp-XPG® three watt emitters producing 180 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with high purity 35° optics to produce a wide beam spread to cover a large work area. We also offer a 10° tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage, as well as a combination spot/flood tower for operators needing to illuminate a long stretch over a wide work area. These LED light bars are IP68 rated and waterproof to 3 meters, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and very ruggedly constructed to withstand the most demanding environments, conditions and applications. The light housing is constructed of extruded aluminum and feature heavier housings, rubber isolated mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide increased durability against vibrations, impacts, waves, hard rains, sand and high winds.  Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Edison Edixeon® Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: This series of light bars can operate on current ranging from 120-277 AC. Durability: This series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions and are nearly twice as heavy as their standard counterparts. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance.  Included with this LED light quadpod is 100` of SOOW cord which combined with adjustability offered by the LED light heads provides ample length for tower placement and optimal coverage of the workspace. The easy to collapse design of this LED work light allows Larson Electronics to avoid pallet freight charges when shipping and deliver these units via UPS next day air service, which in turn improves delivery time and reduces the cost to buyers. The WAL-QP-4X12ET-25-1227 is a portable, durable and reliable work tower light capable of operating in high vibratory conditions, high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. It is also well suited to environments where equipment is used in one temperature extreme and stored in another temperature extreme. The heavy duty construction of this quadpod and the light weight of the aluminum LED fixtures results in a portable yet very stable lighting platform that will hold its position, even in very windy conditions. The LED light head on this unit is small enough to allow it to fit through most standard size manholes and entry points. The LED light head can also be removed from the quadpod, the quadpod collapsed, and the entire assembly passed through a manhole and reassembled once inside. This unit is multi-voltage capable and configured to operate on 120-277 volts 50/60 Hz. This LED light heads retain 80% of its lumen output after 50,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps.
