Made in the USA The WAL-TL-3X12W-C-PA-24VDC from Larson Electronics is an LED Signal Stack Light with Audible Horn that is approved for use in wet locations and marine environments. This waterproof LED equipped light is designed for routing traffic in industrial refueling stations and process status indication in manufacturing facilities. The WAL-TL-3X12W-C-PA-24VDC is available in several different light color configurations. The WAL-TL-3X12W-C-PA-24VDC LED traffic light with audible signal horn is an ideal indicator lighting solution for industrial, marine, and manufacturing facilities. The light housings are fully sealed within a waterproof aluminum chassis that features a very small profile for easy and unobtrusive mounting in tight and space limited areas. The mounting plate is also made from aluminum and can be custom built to customer specifications. This multi-colored indicator light is available in steady burn or strobe, has a 50,000 hour operational life, and operates on 24V DC. The standard light color configuration for the WAL-TL-3X12W-C-PA-24VDC is Red/Amber/Green, but Red/Blue/Green, Red/Amber/White and Blue/Amber/Red configurations are also available. The signal horn on the WAL-TL-3X12W-C-PA-24VDC provides operators with an effective and powerful alert/signal system that can withstand demanding conditions and be heard over the operation of industrial machinery. This unit includes 8 different tones which can reach peak output of 110dBA and can be remotely operated for priority alerts. The horn is factory pre-configured to sound a different tone per lamp color. These LED lights are fully sealed, weatherproof, and constructed of aluminum with stainless steel hardware for durability and corrosion resistance. The LEDs are housed within a hard anodized and powder coated aluminum chassis that provides excellent strength and durability. Power is provided by individual conductors to allow independent operation of each lamp, making this unit ideal for fuel depots and manufacturing facilities where status indicators are necessary. This low voltage light operates solely on 24V DC. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. This signal light fixture has a standard configuration for red, amber, and green output (one lamp each color), but a red, blue and green configuration as well as a red, amber and white configuration are also available. The WAL-TL-3X12W-C-PA-24VDC LED signal light with audible horn offers exceptional lumen output, a 50,000+ hour life span and is IP68 waterproof tested to 60 meters. The LED lamps in this traffic light are 12 watts each and offer cool operation and clean, bright output that surpasses that of 100 watt incandescent indicator lamps. Mounting is provided by a heavy gauge aluminum base with four predrilled holes designed to be bolted to walls and flat surfaces for permanent and secure attachment.
