This armored cable gland is constructed of copper-free nickel plated brass and caters to standard 3/4" NPT hubs for connection. The Explosion Proof Cable Gland - 0.60-0.89" Cable OD - Class I, II, III - Nickel Plated Brass - NEMA 4X - IP66 - 3/4" NPT Hub is a heavy duty cable gland for flammable and rugged environments. This armored unit features a standard entry thread of 3/4" NPT and a minimum/maximum cable jacket diameter of 0.69" NPT/0.99" NPT. The ATEX-rated cable gland is constructed of copper-free nickel plated brass. The accessory, which contains a 360 ° grounding spring (non-magnetic), is waterproof (IP66) and designed for use in environments ranging between -60°C to 85°C. A liquid pour sealing system is used to seal the accessory. The sealing compound is not included with the cable gland (sold separately). Applications: Mechanical cable retention, cable connections, cable fittings, explosive work sites, hazardous locations, instrumentation, telecommunication, cable management and more. |
