The EPL-EMG-CM-26W from Larson Electronics is a Class I Division 1 & 2 Explosion Proof Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) with Emergency Battery Backup. The EPL-EMG-CM-26W is designed to be able to withstand harsh conditions and hazardous environments with a durable aluminum construction. This 26W CFL with emergency light operates on 120-277V AC voltage and includes a sealed lead acid battery for emergency situations. The EPL-EMG-EXT-26W produces 450 lumens during emergency power situations.
The EPL-EMG-CM-26W is rated for Class I Division 1 & 2 Groups C & D, Class I Zones 1 & 2 Groups IIA & IIB, Class II Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F and G and Class III hazardous environments. This emergency CFL is constructed from durable and corrosion resistant copper-free aluminum and has a baked-on epoxy/polyester powder finish for increased durability. The EPL-EMG-CM-26W is fully sealed and has a NEMA 3 rating for protection against the ingress of dust and water. This emergency-only CFL also features an LED status indicator light that is visible through the lens to indicate charging.
Light Information: The emergency light on the EPL-EMG-CM-26W consists of a Quad-Pin long-life triple-tube compact fluorescent lamp that produces 450 lumens during emergency power situations to indicate safe egress areas during power outages and other emergenices.
