This 26-watt fixture operates on 120-277V AC and comes with a lamp guard. Mounting options for this factory sealed unit includes: pendant, ceiling, wall or stanchion. The EPL-MJ-26W-CFL provides wide-area illumination and promotes safety in hazardous locations and rugged facilities. This 26-watt compact fluorescent lamp offers 1,850 lumens of output and features a quad-pin base. A full, 360° flood beam configuration makes the explosion proof light ideal for overhead illumination in buildings. For long-term durability in hazardous locations, this unit is protected by a copper-free aluminum housing with a powder epoxy paint finish. A clear glass globe offers protection for the lamp and promotes light distribution in the area. Equipped with a lamp guard, this factory sealed unit is suitable for wet locations and carries NEMA and marine ratings (United States only). Voltage: This explosion proof fixture is compatible with 120-277V AC, 50/60 Hz. Hubs: The EPL-MJ-26W-CFL features a 3/4" NPT hub when pendant, ceiling or wall mounting is selected. For stanchion mount models, a 1 1/2" NPT hub is available, with a 1 1/2" to 1 1/4" reducer for installations requiring a 1 1/4" NPT hub. Pendant Mount: The pendant mount option allows operators to suspend the fixture from the ceiling or other suitable mounting locations. This option allows the operator to choose the distance of the fixture from the mounting surface by altering the length of the connecting conduit accordingly to achieve the desired position. Ceiling Mount: The ceiling mount option provides the most rigid placement, when properly installed. This overhead mounting option provides a fixed position and has no provision for altering the distance of the lamp from the ceiling. A flat mounting base helps secure the fixture on the surface of ceilings. Wall Mount: The wall mount option allows operators to attach the fixture to flat surfaces such as walls, bulkheads, entryways, etc. This option provides optimal placement for identifying specific locations such as exit ways, entryways, high caution areas and more. During installation, the light is angled at 90° via a short mounting arm. Stanchion Mount: The stanchion mount option allows operators to mount this unit in locations where vertical or horizontal wall or ceiling mounting is unavailable or undesirable. Additionally, the stanchion mount can be used to produce custom mounting angles or to mount the unit in unusual locations to achieve the best performance from the unit. During installation, the light is angled at 25° via a short mounting arm. Applications: Hazardous locations, oil and gas, refineries, chemical plants, mining, manufacturing, processing sites, agricultural facilities, battery storage and more. |
