| The EPSLED-HBNM-10 Explosion Proof 10 Watt LED Strobe Light from Larson Electronics is UL and CSA Listed for Class 1, Division 1 & 2 Groups A, B, C, and D; Class 2 Division 1 & 2 Groups E, F and G; and Class III. This explosion proof LED light is suitable for wet locations, offered in multiple mount configurations, and is available with several color and voltage options. The versatile EPSLED-HBNM-10 factory sealed explosion proof LED strobe light from Larson Electronics is listed for use in wet locations and hazardous work areas with vapors, dusts or flyings. A specially formulated two-coat baked epoxy enamel protects the copper free aluminum housing. The high temperature, glass-reinforced phenolic socket in the fixture has a collector ring and pin that automatically make electrical contact as the fixture is threaded on to the mount. The globes are made from heat and impact resistant glass and the prismatic configuration is on the interior of the globe, so the exterior is smooth for cleaning. A special UL listed sintered metal flame arrestor makes this fixture suitable for Class 1 Groups A and B listing. |
| The 10 watt LED lamp in this unit offers exceptional power and a 50,000+ hour life span and is energized by leads which pass through sealing compound that separates the lamp chamber from the wiring compartment. The LED lamp assembly is protected by an impact and heat resistant clear prismatic globe with heavy gauge aluminum reflector that affords excellent light control. The LED lamp in this strobe light offers a 50,000+ hour lifespan and 1050 lumen light output. Lamp color options include red, amber, green, white, and purple. Please specify lamp color when ordering. The drivers in this explosion proof strobe light provide the ability to automatically monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. This unit is universal voltage, operating on 120-277V AC, 12V DC or 24V DC (depending on voltage configuration) without modifications as a result. This ability to sense and adjust input current also provides protection against voltage spikes and drops that can occur in electrical systems which would otherwise result in burning up or premature LED failure without it. Suggested applications: chemical plants and other areas where ignitable vapors, dust, moisture and corrosive atmospheres are present. |
