| The EXPCMR-IP-POE-DPTZ-24V Explosion Proof Digital Pan Tilt Zoom Camera from Larson Electronics is designed for security and remote observation in both indoor and outdoor hazardous environments. This high resolution day/night camera features 64GB internal storage. The security device comes with the following explosion proof ratings: Class I, Div. 1 & 2, Groups B, C, D; Class I, Zone 1 and Class ll, Div. 1 & 2, Groups E, F, G. Constructed of heavy duty aluminum, the unit supports 360° fisheye panoramic surround views and up to five independent camera views at once on-screen. Camera Features: The EXPCMR-IP-POE-DPTZ-24V digital PTZ camera provides operators in hazardous areas with crisp high resolution images. Equipped with a 1.27 mm optical lens, this 12W unit produces up to 6.0 megapixel (3072 x 2048) resolution while operating at 24V DC. Operators may choose from the following viewing modes: fisheye, horizontal panoramic and ePTZ quad view. A 360° fisheye panoramic surround view offers wider coverage and eliminates blind spots, while a 180° panoramic view provides end-to-end horizontal coverage. This device features two-way audio using a built-in speaker and microphone. The EXPCMR-IP-POE-DPTZ-24V security camera is designed to perform under harsh and rugged conditions. For use in extreme environments, the IP66 rated waterproof unit resists the corrosive effects of weather, dust, dirt, and humidity. With a copper-free aluminum housing, the camera is capable of operating in hazardous locations with temperatures ranging between -22°F and 140°F, as well as 0% to 95% non-condensing, humid environments. Mounting/Wiring: The EXPCMR-IP-POE-DPTZ-24V can be mounted on flat surfaces via an adjustable trunnion mount. This unit is designed to operate on 24V DC, consuming a maximum of 12W per system. Two 3/4" - 14 NPT drilled and tapped conduit openings (one top and one bottom) are available for wiring. Our explosion proof cameras with Power over Ethernet (PoE) features enable data transfers and power to be passed through a single Ethernet cable that is usually a Cat 3/Cat 5 cable or better. There are several types of PoE, which come with their own respective standard and maximum power to port capabilities. The IEEE 802.3af PoE standard, with a voltage range of 44.0 - 57.0V, offers 15.4W of DC power for each port. The IEEE 802.3at PoE standard, with a voltage range of 50.0 €“ 57.0V, provides up to 30W of DC power per port, which is ideal for surveillance cameras, antennas and network access points. The IEEE 802.3bt PoE standard, with a voltage range of 50.0 €“ 57.0V, provides 60W of DC power for each port. In order to utilize PoE properly, the components, such as the receiving unit and sending device, must be PoE compliant.
