The HAL-SL-7-48IPS-LED-13X-1227-JB6 is designed to provide a high output and a ruggedly durable lighting solution for applications where Class I, Division 2 compliance is required. This LED string light contains a total of 7 LED lamps and operates on 120/240V AC electrical current. A junction box is available for operators to complete daisy-chain connections.
The LEDs in this string light system are Cree LEDs that have been chosen for their high lumen per watt ratio and extreme long life. These Cree LEDs provide over 83.3 lumens per watt output and have a 70% lumen retention at 50,000 hours, giving them better efficiency and operational life than traditional lighting technologies. The LED lights produce 2,443 lumens with a color temperature of 5,000K and a color rendering index of 75, which produces colors and details much more accurately than incandescent, halogen or fluorescent light fixtures.
The HAL-SL-7-48IPS-LED-13X-1227-JB6 hazardous area LED string light is constructed of extruded aluminum with a tough powder coat finish for high strength and durability. The housings are IP65 rated, providing ingress protection against dust and protection against low pressure jets of water from all directions, such as wash-down areas. This design is weatherproof, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, and ideal for areas where wet, damp, or dusty conditions are commonly encountered.

In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

Mounting:
Mounting for each LED lamp in the hazardous location lighting system is provided by two standard adjustable end brackets that allow operators to mount the lights to flat surfaces and then adjust the lights 170° vertically for the best placement.
