This work light consists of four 60 Watt LED lamps mounted on a portable wheeled steel tower. This temporary LED work tower is weatherproof and able to withstand extreme outdoor weather conditions, making it an ideal lighting solution for illuminating shipyards, construction and manufacturing sites, and other outdoor environments. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. The WAL-4XWP60E-MCE is a portable work tower built for demanding outdoor conditions requiring wide flood LED light illumination. This tower is equipped with four light heads, with each light assembly consists of forty-five LEDs paired angled boards and precision reflectors to produce a wide light distribution overpowering that of a 500 watt quartz flood lights. This light is constructed of three angled boards that helps provide a wider spread. Instead of the light only shining forward, the center board is concentrated to go straight out while the boards on the side are 45° offset. The housing incorporates integral cooling fins for efficient heat dissipation and increased LED longevity. The LED lamp assembly is protected by a shatterproof polycarbonate lens which is secured to the housing with a waterproof seal. Each light assembly can rotate and tilt independently, allowing operators to maximize beam coverage. The cart portion of this portable work tower is fabricated from aluminum with stainless steel fasteners and features two caster wheels for easy transportation. The cart and the lamp assembly fixtures are attached to the mounting bar with adjustable trunnion brackets which allow for adjusting the lamp stem both vertically and horizontally through a full range of positions.
