Made in the USA The Larson Electronics WAL-RPS-LB-WBC-2X500LED-10X Cart Mounted Rechargeable LED Work Area Light with Extension Pole is designed for illuminating an area 36,000+ square feet in size and features an extension pole that allows operators to extend the LED light 10 feet above the ground. This wheel barrow style LED light cart is designed for portability, 8 hours of wireless operation and ideal for use in demanding conditions. A 3,000aH lithium-ion battery pack provides portable power to the two 500-watt LED light heads. The WAL-RPS-LB-WBC-2X500LED-10X is a cart mounted rechargeable LED work area light with extension pole and provides 36,000+ square feet of work area coverage. This battery powered LED light cart has a swiveling LED light head bracket mounted on top of an aluminum extension pole, which allows operators to raise the LED lamps 10 feet above the ground. The extension pole is mounted to a wheel barrow style cart with wheels for easy positioning of the unit from one area of the workspace to another. The LED light heads on this unit produces a wide flood pattern of light that is ideal for illuminating large workspaces and job sites. This light is designed for heavy duty use in demanding conditions including emergency services, mining, construction, marine, and industrial operations where durability and reliability is critical. This portable LED work light is comprised of two adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a light weight extension pole and wheel barrow style cart fabricated from heavy duty aluminum with rechargeable battery pack for cordless operation. This portable light cart allows the operator to pick up the unit and simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light mounting bracket off of the center support, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamp can be easily adjusted vertically, swiveled horizontally, and locked into position. The internal battery bank allows this cordless flood light system to be used in remote locations, which combined with adjustability offered by the LED light heads provides extreme portability for cart placement and optimal coverage of the workspace. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Durability: As well as unparalleled heat control, the LED lights equipped on the WAL-RPS-LB-WBC-2X500LED-10X from Larson Electronics also offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These LED lights can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters, and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The CREE XLamp XPG® LEDs help these units achieve 15.6Grms rated resistance to vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours of use. The cart is NEMA 3R outdoor rated and designed for outdoor elements and washdown environments. The LED light assembly on this unit consists of two 500-watt LED light heads with a 60-degree flood beam, making these units ideal for use as highly efficient and powerful work area lights. Each light head features independent tilt and rotation, allowing operators to position the light heads on this portable cart for maximum illumination within the work space. The WAL-RPS-LB-WBC-2X500LED-10X portable LED lighting system is an ideal replacement for fragile and hot running dual 400 watt metal halide floodlights powered by gasoline or diesel generators. The LED light heads retains 80% of its lumen output after 50,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps, and the solid state design of LEDs provide more durability and longevity than filament and gas burning lamps. Battery: This portable flood light is equipped with a 3,000aH lithium-ion battery pack, which is mounted to the frame of the cart and provides 8 hours of runtime. Operators charge the battery pack before usage with the included battery charger, deploy the LED cart for work site illumination, and recharge the unit after completion for use on the next job site. Plug options for the battery charger include standard 5-30P for standard 110-120V wall outlets or L5-30P for 120V twist lock outlets.
